Ohange Namibia Lodge

Ohange Namibia Lodge

Accommodation is offered in 10 stone-built, thatched African-style mountain huts, scattered on a leafy hillside, close to the main Ohange buildings. The mountain huts are well spaced for privacy, but still within close range to the central facilities. Guests can enjoy a direct view of the waterhole and the distant mountains with abundant game and birdlife. Each hut is equipped with 2 single beds, a ceiling fan, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and an en-suite shower room with an open-plan toilet and basin. The plaster-rendered walls and the thatched roofs provide cool during the heat of the day. The front of each room has been built to incorporate a shaded verandah with seating for viewing wildlife. The footpaths that wind up to the bungalows are illuminated at night, offering safety.
A short distance away from the main complex is the lovely swimming pool, perched on a steep hill, surrounded by a patio with a small thatched relaxation area. Activities at the lodge include game drives, night drives, a guided sundowner walk, a guided morning walk, nature and bush walks, bird watching, and dining under Namibian skies. Further away guests can enjoy the dramatic vista of the Otavi mountain range.

2 guests' feedbackIt was so tranquil and stunning! Staff friendly. Thank you!
We slept here for two nights and were wonderfully pampered by Carla and staff. Meals were delicious and well taken care of. Very nice room and nice to see the animals at the waterhole while eating in the boma. Recommended!
