An amazing experience in Kimberley. I only stayed for one night. The service was friendly and professional. The rooms and gardens are very clean and tidy. The room was very comfortable and had above and beyond amenities: international traveller electricity outlets, French press plus espresso plus instant coffee and kettle, electric blankets, shower cap, robes, lounge area, tub and separate shower, filtered water for drinking, and even a welcome sherry! I was there for work so appreciated the desk, chair and desk lamp. However, the internet was excruciatingly slow. I couldn't even send a Docusign document. I ended up tethering my computer to my cell phone as it was faster to conduct business that way. Breakfast didn't look too enticing so I gave breakfast a skip. I would recommend this place as a clean and safe environment for fellow travellers.

No communication about shedding times. No air conditioning in the rooms with no night service that could turn on the overhead air conditioning when the power came back on. The room is very bright at night with no way to keep the light out. The kitchen could not prepare any food during load shedding. Come on guys, load shedding is no longer a surprise!

Ons het net vir een aand by Oleander gebly, maar dit was wonderlik. Dis so lekker rustig hier en die mense wat hier werk laat jou onmiddellik tuis voel en gaan uit hulle pad uit om vriendelik te wees.
