This is an upmarket chalet named after the trees that grow around the area. This chalet can accommodate up to 5 guests. It has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a separate toilet. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a child-only couch in the lounge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Other amenities include air-conditioning, an indoor fireplace, and a TV with local channels. DStv access is available but guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card.
