Wonderful long weekend spent here. Feel like you're sleeping in the waves! Braai made the cold days very cozy too.
The unit only has a bar fridge which is probably suitable for 1 night but our stay was for 3 days and the bar fridge is far too small. The small fridge also freezes everything you put in it so our food froze and spoiled. The kitchen needs an upgrade, the hobs are rusty and the kitchen looks old.
Will definitely go back again.
The location is amazing. The place was clean, but the kitchen cabinets smell of mildew. The internet was weak, definitely not sufficient for calls.
Being winter, it was cold; no heater available. The heated towel rail was beneficial.
Very nice place for 2 people! We really enjoyed it, and with apartment number 2 it was nice to have the sun set over our balcony. We could sleep well in the mornings! An option/possibility for daily service of the apartment would have been nice. We didn't think about it ahead of time.

It's ideal for a couple. The fridge is just a bar fridge so that's the only thing you have to keep in mind, there isn't much freezer space for meat. But we will check in there again anytime.
Great place to stay. We went for two days for our honeymoon. Very peaceful and beautiful.
I want to say a big thank you to the lady who helped us, especially on Sunday with our car problem, she went out of her way I feel to help us. She is a friendly, helpful lady and a real asset to your group.
Only downside is that kitchen is a bit small especially if you want to stay for a long time.
It's a really nice place, but alas, the administrative red tape with the agents, who expect a long list of dos and don'ts from guests, but when extra blankets are asked for on the coldest weekend, they completely ignore you.

First of all, it is clean, tidy and there is everything you need. Two lovely stoeps one with a braai that works properly. Lovely cuddly big bed with a beautiful view of the sea. We wanted to stay longer but only had 2 days. Really a peaceful beautiful place. We will use the place again and again.

The apartment was very good, excellent location, comfortable and met our needs. But the letting agent gave us very strict and unnecessary rules and too much documentation and administration. I get the impression that they are focused on procedure and rules to suit the agency i. p. v the guests' experience. One example; if you check in late, then there is a penalty of R250/half hour and no check-ins after 20:00. What message are you "sending" with such a line? I will not book any future holiday through the agency (I am not referring to LekkeSlaap).

Leaving On the Beach 2 left both myself and partner sad. We wanted to stay longer. We will definitely be coming back. Staying there you lack nothing. Just bring yourself and unwind. Perfect place.
The apartment is perfectly located for visiting nearby towns. Very safe environment and close to everything one needs. Apartment is clean and tidy. The only negative is that the shower rack is mounted on the roof, making it useless to use.

The accommodation met all our needs - lovely sea view, neat and clean apartment. We had a great time relaxing.
I suppose you pay for being "on" the sea and the view, which is fantastic, because other than that there was nothing to get excited about. There wasn't even a complimentary coffee or hand soap. The porch door's lock is rusted and we had a lot of trouble opening and closing it. So decided to keep it locked and not go out on the porch again, which was actually the most beautiful part of the house. It's definitely not suitable for a 2-night overnight stay. Well for a longer period and you know that you have to bring everything yourself. Until your Q20. The fact that I also had to complete a 4 page form emailed to me by the letting agent was also a frustration. A damage deposit of R750 was also requested, which I am still waiting for to be paid back.
It was an incredible experience. Very peaceful. We really enjoyed it. Absolutely wonderful.
Our stay was wonderful, the view amazing and the place is neat and tidy. Only down side was the cupboard for your clothes and the cupboard in the kitchen smelled really bad and mouldy, I decided to rather not unpack most of our clothes.Could not get the WiFi password anywhere in the room.
Space in kitchen just very small. Furthermore, the accommodation was amazing! Would recommend it.
We realized that we have many places in our country. That part of our country is SO beautiful. It felt like we were somewhere in Europe. We will definitely visit again with the kids. One needs more than just a weekend to be able to experience everything. It's very neat with friendly staff. The security is good. We felt very safe. Would recommend to anyone.
