This lovely holiday home comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have sliding doors leading onto a large covered patio overlooking the beach. The other 2 bedrooms are fitted with single beds, of which one has 2 single beds and the other has 3 single beds. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, a basin and a shower. The remaining 2 bathrooms are both fitted with a shower and a bath. All the bedrooms feature a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge. There is also a breakfast nook which has seating for 10 guests. The main lounge has comfortable seating for 11 guests and features a TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. The lounge opens onto a large patio overlooking the beach with a seating area including 2 kettle braais and a coal braai provided for guests' use.
There is a separate laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines, a tumble-dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. There is also a chest freezer and a double lock-up garage with a pool table, ping-pong table, dartboard, and other activities. A beautifully maintained garden off the patio takes visitors right to the beach.
The house is fitted with a UPS system with solar panels in case of loadshedding as well as additional water tanks in case of water shortages.
Ramsgate is adjacent to a variety of natural attractions for those who enjoy the outdoors. A few, such as the Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve, offer spectacular panoramas and a wide variety of bird species.

House rules
A breakage deposit is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damage in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of their deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets, and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted, or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are allowed.
Please be advised that this unit has a flat screen TV with Wi Fi.
Please bring your bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are provided, but because this unit is self-catering, they must be replenished at the guests' own cost. Please also remember to bring dishwashing liquid and any other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for guests between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This must be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront, not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to the availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
