31 guests' feedbackWe had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The aircon was heavenly in the heat. Very nice and cozy house with enough space for busy children. There was nothing short and Suzette was always available. The animals that came to visit were indescribable.
Thank you for a very nice holiday. Our hiding place is very neat and clean. Everything you need is there. Very nice to go for a walk in the forest. All the people are friendly. Would definitely recommend it. We will go again.
I had a nice stay. Spacious home, neat and clean.
Our Hiding Place @ Leeupoort is well equipped and has everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the wildlife in Leeupoort. There are many paths for jogging and cycling.
Just love the bush and God's creation. It's so perfect. I feel blessed to get to experience this place time and time again. Ons Wegkruip Plekkie's location is perfect. I've been to Leeupoort many times and this was absolutely the best ever. Beautiful houses with everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be back someday.
The time we stayed there was nice. Saw many animals.
We had a great time. The dishwasher and fans in the rooms were very welcome. The evenings were quite warm. The house is well equipped. At least the animals came to visit often. The gates at the top of the stairs at the outdoor sitting area are a smart idea. Weekend was unfortunately just too short.
Very nice setup. I always enjoy it at Ons Wegkruip Plekkie @ Leeupoort. It would have been very nice to know that one has to load money on the meter to use the aircon. Look closely, it's somewhere in the email. I will visit Ons Wegkruip Plekkie again. Cleanliness must be checked. Cobwebs everywhere and dead flies on the bathroom floor.
You are in the forest and can also view domesticated wild animals on your porch. It was a wonderful few days where we could rest in the bush. Would definitely recommend Ons Wegkruip Plekkie @ Leeupoort and should I visit Leeupoort again, book again at Ons Wegkruip Plekkie @ Leeupoort.
It was great. The kids loved it.
It's great to have a dishwasher at a holiday home, the extra large freezer is certainly a bonus too. Although there was a lot of loadshedding, there are solar lights everywhere in the house, and we always had hot water.
Home away from home.
The house is comfortable and tidy. The environment is beautiful and peaceful and visiting the animals an experience. It was lovely to go for a walk in a safe environment. A weekend is simply too short.
We had a very nice stay. The house is well-equipped. In the evenings it is very peaceful. The wild animals around the house ensured hours of entertainment.
Secure vacation village situated between Thabazimbi and Bela Bela. Access to nature reserve and animals roam the streets between houses.
It is a nice break in the forest with clean and tidy accommodation. We saw a lot of animals.
Animals tame, nice and relaxing.
Rest for the soul! Delicious.
The house is tastefully furnished and caters to every need.
Incredible to watch the animals on your front porch. Many paths to explore. Can enjoy cycling, walking, jogging or using your car.
You get the pages of rules, after everything has been paid and then you hear the deposit is R1000. They just have to add it to the rules in the overview. It's the first place we come that you have to clean your own braai area (last day's ashes) - throw it in a bucket and drive it to the gate yourself. Furthermore, you also have to drive all your bins and black bags to the gate yourself and throw them away there. If you break any rules, the deposit is kept or an extra fee is charged. Take down everything you see and pass it on to them immediately.
We've stayed in a few houses in Leeupoort and this house was by far the best yet.
Pillow in TV room was broken on arrival, shower in master bedroom, water pushing up, but a very nice place would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely stay where we also saw a lot of game around the house and area. The quiet at night and the lovely braai was great.
Perfect getaway from the busy city life. Beautiful, peaceful environment surrounded by nature! Friendly service.
The house itself is very neat and well-equipped and easy to keep tidy. What was bad is the area, for example the semi-built house next door, which really blocks the view. The noise of the pump that goes on when the hot water tap is turned open initially gave us a scare until we realised what it was! Thank you very much, we are delighted.
A bit difficult to find house as there is no number on the house from garage/entrance side, had to walk around the house to find no. Expected towels - couldn't see it being made clear to take "own towels". Couldn't use the Jacuzzi fully - 20 degrees is low for winter time - water lukewarm - so I feel it was a waste of money.
Game drive is the stoep. Everything comes home! You can't get closer to wildlife than at Leeupoort.
