Hopefully, the owners would consider air-conditioning for the tree house as it gets extremely hot in Langebaan, especially on the farms. Other than that, I loved everything about our stay. My highlight was the free-roaming animals. True farm experience. 10 out of 10.

Would have liked better braai facilities. Towels were very hard and towel arrangement in the bathroom keeps falling over. The main thing is in place, but lacks a "personal touch". Microwave does not work as effectively.

We really enjoyed our time at Oorgenoeg. The silence and nature guide was exactly what we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower was perfect, and the wood fire hot tub was a highlight. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Ample was the right choice for a break from our busy city life. Nadea and her team always made us feel at home. I will definitely return!

Mold under bed wood panel base, toilet seat splatters of urine, cutlery dirty. Wood fire hot tub took forever to heat up based on the wood provided, would advise on the site to bring alone own wood and for tenant to offer to set up before arrival. Great suggestions offered for exploring the area. Geyser water was perfection!
This cottage was amazing. We loved our stay and the service was really great! The place was spotless and the location very central. Highly recommended!
The fully fitted kitchen made it such a breeze and felt right at home. The hot tub was a winner. The house being fully solar was an even bigger win as we didn't feel or experience load shedding like we would at home, so it was really lovely.
It's a beautiful place where you can find rest for your soul. We are absolutely in love with the place and will definitely come again in the future.
The host was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved every second of our time spent at Oorgenoeg as it was peaceful, private, clean and we had everything that we needed. A lot of attention to detail went into the room and a bonus is that it is away from the busy side of langebaan but extremely close to the main areas of Langebaan.
Definitely cute for a weekend getaway. Practical recommendations: Inform guests in advance about the flies so that one can decide whether they will bother you or not. A citronella oil lamp and can of Doom were provided, unfortunately it didn't help at all. There is no broom in unit to sweep up dead flies. Well a shovel with a brush, not ideal for sweeping up flies all the time. It's a shame, unfortunately it made our stay difficult to enjoy and missed a few little things. Also would be a good idea to check fridge. A "fire place poker" to use for the hot tub oven will be helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cute little place, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The fresh farm eggs (which we did not use) are a unique gift. We will definitely visit Oorgenoeg again.
