The views are 100%. The staff are friendly and truly go out of their way. Bedding and beds are a little dated and the rooms close to each other, but will I go back. 100% yes, already planning to. You cannot beat that view, the people, the staff and, once again, the view, and setting and food. Everything is perfect.
The fact that there are paths and not many stairs does not make a place wheelchair friendly. The room is not wheelchair friendly, as we have specifically specified this before booking and during check-in. Reasons/recommendations to make wheelchair friendly: - Shower is nice and big but: *the tap is too high. *faucet is too far from where someone in a wheelchair has to sit under the shower head. - Bathroom sink is too low and wheelchair can't get under - so, still can't get to sink. - There is no space at the toilet. Need space in front and on either side of the toilet. A handrail would also help. - Rotoel cannot enter the bathroom either. - Kitchen does not have enough space for a wheelchair to enter. - Kitchen counters are too high for someone in a wheelchair.

We had a good rest at Oppi-berg and their food at their restaurant is delicious. Sias and Evelyn's hospitality is the best, they go the extra myle to make their guests feel welcome and their prices are reasonable for any pocket.
The hostess was very hospitable. It was really nice. The view is breathtaking. We really enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to anyone.
The stay itself was amazing, and the location to Oppi mountain is great. But don't expect too much from the restaurant.
The stay was very nice, the view is incredibly beautiful, the food was very good. The only negative is the road which is so noisy, but otherwise it was very nice, will stay there again.
A little close to the main road with heavy vehicle traffic noise. Parking somewhat inconvenient, on a main road without good security. Other than that, very kind hostess and host. Good food and affordable.
It was delicious. Because we never travel without our binoculars, we were able to view Buffaloes, Waterbucks, Rooibos, Moose and Warthogs from our porch.

Nice stay but the stupidest place to get your luggage to your room! Really not a place for people with luggage!
We expected a self-catering unit with a double bed. There were 2 single beds in the room. There are no pots, pans or grilling utensils in the room. The carpet in the room is dirty and the dishes were not very clean. As the place is located against the main road, it is very noisy (large trucks) and diesel fumes blow into the residential unit. Access to your unit is either via a detour or up a steep grass bank and terraces out with your luggage. A set of stairs would be good.
Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made my parents very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious. Haven't had such good steak in a long time.
Asked for breakfast the next morning but they were cleaning the place. Drive without breakfast. Very neat. Staff can be stepped up upon arrival!
They must pay attention to their accounting system and have the correct amounts reflected on the invoice.
The service was very good and the stay very comfortable. Safe parking and ease of access with regard to luggage was a bit of a concern, as well as privacy.
