The bush camps are only suited for full-equipped self-catering bush trailers or tents. Guests must be able to camp self-sufficiently in order to minimize the impact on the ecosystem.
There are 6 rustic bush camping spots suited to accommodate up to 12 guests each.
There is no electricity, toilets, dishwashing or shower facilities on the campsites themselves. No generators are allowed due to the noise. Each site has a fire pit and a braai. Each camp has borehole water that is good for human use.
There is also a communal area with flush toilets about 300 m from the camp.
The farm is fully fenced off with electric fencing and guests have access to 20 hectares for walking, jogging, and cycling.
It is therefore also safe for children.
The summers ar hot and winters here are mild.
Oppi Plaas is not your normal caravan park or holiday resort.

4 guests' feedbackVery nice, the forest was pristine and the campsites beautiful.
Great service and communication, best camp in a long time!
You just go to rest and do nothing there, apart from walking, game drives and barbecues. Fellow campers were not close to each other, which makes a forest experience enjoyable. We received a friendly welcome. Will visit again for a quiet getaway. There is no power, only flush toilets, so campers must equip themselves to camp off the grid. Neatly cleaned campsites with braai and faucet. About 6 km from shop and garage.
