Very quite and beautiful area.
The place is so quiet and so easy to get to. I was not staying there for the whole day; I was just coming in the evening to rest.
It was peaceful and relaxing.
On arrival no person on duty or available. No welcome or any kind reception. On the contrary, grumpy male person showed up. Accommodation was quite decent considering the farm environment. Definitely need to seriously address and revamp human relationships.

The kitchen does not have all necessary implements, and the pans were not very clean. Fortunately there is TV, WiFi and a microwave oven. If you want your cottage to be cleaned then you have to pay extra.
It is a very suitable place to spend the night before visiting the wildlife park.

If you want to live in the Hazyview area at an affordable price, this is the place for you. Lovely, peaceful surroundings and it's dead quiet in the evening. Just take enough insect repellent because there are a lot of bugs. Sandie received us very kindly.
Neat, comfortable house in a beautiful and quiet area. The house was more than spacious enough for 5 people. Close enough to Hazyview and the Kruger National Park. The owners were friendly and helpful and everything was very clean. The children all over the age of 10 swam and we could watch them from our porch. We felt safe, all the doors had gates and there was also an alarm system that we did not use. There are also garages that can lock for your car or trailer.
We really enjoyed our stay at Oppi Plaas and will visit again.
OppiPlaas is conveniently located just outside Hazyview and offers easy access to the town, the Kruger National Park, and the Blyde River Valley. The farm itself is well maintained and equipped, and while you're there it feels like the hustle and bustle of life can't get away from you. The veranda of the unit where we stayed was for me the nicest 'room'. You can sit there in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise.
Oppi Plaas is peaceful and quiet. Very close to the Kruger National Park and Graskop, and the beautiful Panorama Route. It is also next to the Elephant Sanctuary, which is a must for every visitor. The owners are hospitable and made us feel welcome immediately. Will recommend Oppi Plaas to future visitors.

Very very good option if you need an overnight spot to the Kruger Park gates in the south. The unit is basic, but spotless, safe and comfortable.

The house's decor is very old, but very clean and especially the linen was crisp. The water pressure was strong and there was plenty of hot water. The stove is a problem though: some of the plates kicked out the power and didn't work and the oven was broken. Unfortunately it rained and we had to cook inside. There is a beautiful braai place. The lock up garage was a bonus. We enjoyed the friendly black dog that came to visit us on the porch!

It was very quiet and peaceful here on the farm and it was settled with just about everything. The surroundings and nature are so beautiful, especially the luscious trees around the houses. THIS is now the place where you can go to rest.

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The house is spacious and tidy and well equipped. We had a great time sitting on the stoep and eating, looking out at the orchards. It really is value for money. I would recommend people to stay there.

Beautiful place and peaceful to stay. The only problem I could encounter was that the accommodation was entered but nothing was cleaned. It was a Sunday and there were no cleaners. However, I would recommend the place because it is beautiful, peaceful and friendly service.

My wife and I needed a few days of absolute rest, and decided on accommodation at Oppi Farm. It was a wise decision, because we don't get far from a busy life and it was so nice to relax there in the silence of a farm environment. Beautiful gardens as well as swimming pool (unfortunately we didn't swim, but next time!) The apartment was tidy with clean bedding, cutlery, fridge, stove and microwave oven. We recommend anyone to try Oppi Plaas at prices that ordinary South Africans can still afford. It is centrally located in the Hazyview area and from there (after a good night's rest) many activities and attractions in the nearby area can be reached during the day.
