House rules

Basic bed linen and standard-size towels are provided, but beach towels will not be supplied.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Guests who are found smoking indoors will be fined.
Maintain noise at a respectful level. As per the town bylaws, no loud noise or music is allowed after 10 pm.
Please don't eat in the bedrooms.
As it is a region susceptible to fires, kindly adhere closely to the regulations regarding the use of the braai facilities. No fire should be left unattended.
Please exercise caution regarding the presence of baboons in the vicinity. Should they intrude upon our premises, the resulting damage is considerable, and we will be compelled to impose fines for additional cleaning and repair work.
Please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the toilets, sinks, or showers, as a septic tank system is used on the premises.
Kindly ensure full settlement of the outstanding balance is made 7 days before arrival to release the keys.
Guests are responsible for replacing anything that breaks, or a portion of the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Major defects or problems must be reported to your host.
The owners cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control. If any appliance or service malfunctions during your stay, we will strive to provide a replacement or alternative.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties are allowed.
Occupancy is limited to the number of persons agreed upon in your booking.
