9 guests' feedbackThe place is clean and tidy. The road is a farm road. Small or low car is not suitable. Make an effort to meet the people, they are super nice. We went for a walk with the sheepdogs on the farm. Great experience.
The unit was fully equipped with everything needed and was very tidy. Access and directions were easy to follow and we received a friendly welcome. Host knows the area and was very helpful with information. The interaction with the farm animals was a bonus.
It was the best time of my life. It was the experience of a lifetime. Peaceful, quiet and breathtaking. I plan to go there again. Lots of hospitality from the owner and excellent service.

The shower head was a challenge - think it's chalked up - only about 5 jets come out. We could not unlock the door from the inside to go out. The owner heard how we were struggling and unlocked the door from outside. So, he knows about the problem. We really had a great time there!
It's the cutest place. We specifically wanted to stay on a farm. The dirt road was not a challenge at all after we had to face all the trucks on the N1. Izak communicated with us effectively and welcomed us warmly with a fire. We were lucky to get freshly baked moss balls that happened to just come out of the oven! There was everything we needed. Thank you very much!
This is an absolute must for people who want to get away from the city.
If you have a bakkie or utility vehicle with big tires this is the place for you. If you don't have one, better avoid it. A working Karoo farm in a very beautiful environment.
The water-wise garden is full of succulents in upcycled containers and junkyard art, often backed with handcrafted quotes and scriptures that are food for the soul. A walk up the once-flooded Buffels River is a must and if you're into horse-riding, Talita will guide you on an outride.
