This lovely cottage can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with either a king-size bed or 2 single beds and feature a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom is in a separate cottage next to the main house. It also has a kitchenette.
The open-plan living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for 4 guests. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table and a fireplace.
The living area opens up onto a covered verandah, which features a built-in braai and a dining area perfect for an al fresco dining experience. Guests can enjoy a dip in the sparkling farm-style plunge pool, a picnic in the garden or simply lounge on the comfortable outdoor furniture while soaking up the sun. sun and enjoying the free Wi-Fi. Access to secure parking is available. The accommodation also uses solar power.

Very neat, spacious and safe. Two rooms inside the house are better furnished than room outside. Parking behind car lock gate. Cute little pool for a hot day very welcome! Quiet area.
A really beautiful and tastefully renovated cottage. The furnishings are luxurious as well as all the appliances. The location is great and within short walking distance of the centre of town. It would be especially nice in summer when the small splash pool can be used. Lovely porch too.

We only had one night there but it was well worth it. Check in and out was very easy. The location is fantastic. At 1.92m I did find the 3/4 bed below average length. The handles and locks on the doors were loose. The doors couldn't close easily, and one door stuck twice in the closed position, and we battled to reopen it. These are little things that can be easily fixed. Otherwise, a great stay and we look forward to booking again.
Had 2 lovely days in the cottage. Everything that you need is there. It was really nice that there was no TV. Would definitely recommend this cottage, as it's within walking distance to the village.

My wife and our daughter stayed in the cottage for 2 days over the weekend, and we really enjoyed it. The cottage itself, the interior decoration and the garden are really pretty and within walking distance from the centre of Riebeek Kasteel. The living area is spacious and the backdoor opens up onto a small garden. We stayed in the main cottage with 2 bedrooms, but there is a stand-alone section with a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen for 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area has a nice fireplace. The front stoep with a braai and a great long table is ideal for lunches, early morning coffees or just reading. Tarn and AnneMarie was easy to get hold of and quick to respond, so picking up the keys and checking out was hassle-free. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.
Totally overpriced for what you get. No dishwasher. No microwave. No TV. No steak knives. Wine glasses too few for 6 people. For a self catering cottage and people who want to barbecue every night - disappointing! Rooms and bathrooms need a bench and shelves that you can put your bags/cosmetics on. Not on the floor!
