Lovely flat and location in Langebaan cannot be beaten. The place just needs a few upgrades and broken furniture repaired to be truly amazing.

We had a nice stay, really very central. The place is a bit cramped, but the price was really very good and for a few nights it was perfect, well equipped with everything you need.
The place is very dirty (especially the floors and the bedding). The black mold in the bathroom is worrying. WiFi is very slow.
The kitchen in the apartment is dirty and not well maintained. It's full of cockroaches, swarming around the tap and cupboards. The owner also did not respond well to our complaints and the effort made to address the problem was not sufficient. Due to the cockroach problem, our friends returned after just 1 day due to the health risk. It is also the only flat without security gates at the back and front, and the windows have perspex burglar bars. All the other apartments in the complex have very good security gates at the back and front and burglar bars in front of the windows.

It was very nice to live at Orlandi's Place. Everything was reachable, shop and the sea. And the accommodation was neat and comfortable.

Both bedside lights did not work. Problem with the blind covering the door to the stoep. No hand towels. A list of other points had been given to the owner for his attention.
Orlandi's Place was very well located, really walking distance to anything you could need and just around the corner from Langebaan beach. Hugo was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself needs attention - kitchen and bathroom faucets are loose, doors make noise when used, the bunk bed makes a lot of noise when used, very little usable space in the rooms, kitchen and bathroom, the shower shelf is very small and crooked (so your items slide off), curtain rail prevents you from opening curtains, outside light is not well located for braai facilities used at night, gas stove did not have gas and the kitchen drawers do not come out far enough from under the counter to be used comfortably. We still had a very nice stay as we had already read the previous reviews and expected this, but would have saved some frustration if these things had worked better. Hopefully this can be sorted out to save future residents frustration.
The whole area was safe to walk. Did not have to drive. A play park close to the guest house was a bonus.
Two water taps leak. Wall plug covers are loose. Extra electrical leads are required. Braai area needs high pressure washing. Living room couch needs reupholstery and repair. Owner should consider inverter that can carry fridge, TV, lights and WiFi. Small freezer redundant. Please provide grocery box instead. Emergency gas cannister is empty. Provide clear instructions for electrical dust. Build shelves in the bathroom in the space available and washcloth hooks. Apartment is very well equipped, but some items are redundant. The entire apartment complex should be painted and the roofs cleaned.

It had the perfect location with quint shops in a small town. I love the distance to the beach and shops.
I would very much recommend Orlandi's Place to anyone who needs a breakaway, a very neat and tidy place, and very secure. Great value for money.
There was a problem with the reservation. Upon arrival at Orlandi's Place, no one knew about our reservation. Keys were not available. And the apartment had to be cleaned first.

Had a great stay, but there are a few small things that need to be sorted out. There were 4 of us, if 2 shower then the water is ice cold. The sink is very small and uncomfortable, the oven and iron do not work. Place was also not thoroughly cleaned, but apart from that we had a great stay and enjoyed it. Will definitely come again.
The only thing I can fault is the shower handle that was a bit loose.

The apartment is located in the perfect area, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice private braai area and swimming pool in the complex. The unit is equipped with everything you will need, WiFi and DSTV. The unit is just a bit neglected, dirty and feels like everything is falling apart. Very uncomfortable sink in the kitchen and very little space to put things down.
Yes, we had a nice stay, but there are a few complaints: The bed in one room was broken and not fixed properly, the face bath and the sink were a bit awkward to use, and there were no suitable pots. But otherwise, nice.
There are very few plug points to charge devices. The wall plug in the kitchen is loose in the wall and could be a safety issue. There is a basin in the kitchen and not a traditional sink. It is very rough and I was so nervous to wash glasses and plates. It is really not practical. It would have been much better situated in the bathroom. The mixer tap holder in the shower is also loose and the toilet roll holder is hanging onto the wall with a hope and prayer. The bunk bed in the second bedroom must be attended to. The bed is very rickety and "groans and moans" with every move you make. The second bedroom does not have any hanging space for clothes. Having WiFi was a plus and being within walking distance of the shops and beach was great. The unit is OK for one or two nights but not a longer stay.

The place needs some attention. The kitchen faucet is loose, the toaster needs replacing and the bathroom door needs some work, but otherwise a great place.
Within walking distance from all the pubs and restaurants and best of all within walking distance from the main beach. it was a bit too windy for us to spend time at the beach but luckily for us we had access to the swimming pool in the complex. we had such a lovely time there. It was awesome.

Everything was very comfortable and neat except for the basin in the bathroom, it’s very small. Secure parking. The place is within a walking distance from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It’s fully equipped, so you basically don’t have to take anything with you besides your own luggage. Hugo was friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again for summer.
The winter discount gave us very affordable accommodation in a perfect location. The DStv and WiFi are very convenient and further contribute to value for money. The outdoor barbecue area is comfortable and nice and private. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and it was a frustration. The sink in the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable to use.
Walking distance from beach. All shops to choose from. Takeaways 2 min away. Everything in the house needed. Private braai area. A swimming on the grounds. And a friendly owner. Thanks for the stay. See you soon.

The accommodation is ideally situated close to the beach, restaurants, Spar and Steers just to mention a few and which was very convenient. The court yard with seating, table and built in braai made it convenient made my contribution towards preparing eats (I can't cook can only braai) in the built in braai much easier.
Our stay at home was very comfortable. I have to say Hugo was absolutely excellent. A real people person with good personality. Only 1 problem the ad Orlandi's place is confusing because we didn't know it was in Flamimgo Park, because we went looking for Orlandi's place. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Orlandi's place is a home away from home, and have already recommended it to family. Thank you very much for our stay.

The 2 plate stove does not work properly, so only a 1 plate induction stove to use for cooking.
This unit is recommended. Definitely value for money. Owners just need to look at maintenance in the bathroom although we think this is a problem in the complex.
The stay was nice, but the flat was a bit dusty and the ceilings and some of the walls need attention.
The location of the apartment is excellent. However, upon arrival we found the bathroom sink leaking. The toilet seat is loose, the shower clogs, the kitchen faucet is loose. The sink's outlet pipe was then repaired the following week.
The place is really creepy, it's not clean. The electrical connections are scary. The bathroom feels dirty.
The duvets are a bit old, but everything else was excellent.

The bunk bed in one room is not very comfortable, but at least we were able to sleep. It may rather be used only for children and not adults. The unit is conveniently close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance of the beach. There is very little storage space in the one room. We were forced to live out of our suitcases.
West coast is not our preference, because of the wind. For water sports and fishing it is ideal. Orlandi's Place was quiet, tidy and well located - don't know how it will be in high season though. I agree with previous positive and negative feedback about Orlandi's. Our experience is that the sinks (bathroom and kitchen) are not practical at all. The bunk bed needs to be repaired. Thank you for the DStv and towels that were not advertised.
Thank you for accommodating us when we had to request to move our holiday stay out because the kids were writing exams. We appreciate this so much.
The ventilation in the bathroom causes discomfort. In our opinion, there is a lot of repair work needed in the bathroom. The back door needs attention and we were sometimes uneasy that the door would break. Furthermore, the facilities were quite okay.
The place where we were at home is always neat and clean. Quiet environment with security. Fully equipped with everything we needed, only had to bring groceries. The designated person for the weekend was friendly and helpful. Would suggest/recommend it to others anytime. Will definitely book again.
Owner goes out of his way to help you if there is anything that is not right! We really enjoyed our stay and the place is very close to als, you don't even have to drive your car, you can walk wherever you want to be.
Our vacation was awesome. Walking distance to all shops. They often wanted to know if we were fine. The place is neat and everything was in good condition. We were spoiled. Oja Hugo is an awesome person. Feel free to book.
Lovely place, but could do with some maintenance. We could only use one small appliance at a time as the multi plug wasn't working in the kitchen. Also additional shelving or a bathroom cabinet would be an added bonus. Overall still value for money and the location is great.

The place could do with some love. The toilet is loose, the shelf in the shower is loose. There is black mould growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The sliding door is hard to slide and the lock doesn't work. The outside area could also do with a bit of a clean up. On the whole though, not a bad place to stay for convenient access to main shops/ restaurants & beach.
The fridge was not working we had to throw away leftover food the next day. Had to pay a breakage fee and haven't received a refund yet.
The location is great and close to everything. Apartment is neat and comfortable. A normal shower would be more economical with water shortage and sink in kitchen is really not practical.

This place is suitable for anyone. Whether you are on vacation or on business, the silence is good for anyone's soul. Late night at Pearly on the lagoon and the sunset was breathtaking.

The accommodation was fantastic, but I'm just a little disappointed that the DStv channels were limited. It was a problem at night because there was nothing to watch on TV. Other wise it was a lovely, relaxing holiday with all of the creature comforts that you need. Keep on doing so.

Great stay close to everything. Kitchen little space and small work surface, but will definitely stay there again.
Just a few things that could be improved: No freezer section in fridge; microwave oven broken and placed too high; No work surface in kitchen area; sink in kitchen area not practical and sink in bathroom also terribly small. TV also placed very high. Furthermore, we had a great time and the owner/supervisor was very friendly and kept in touch regularly.
