1 guests' feedbackSpacious and well-equipped house, pleasant 2-minute walk to the beach. Upstairs en-suite bedroom is divine - ultra comfortable king bed with views through the palm trees of the sea and lagoon. Children had fun in the large games room while us adults relaxed on the sheltered verandah. Definitely want to return to this peaceful place any time of the year!

2. Non paying visitors will not be allowed on the property unless authorized by the agent.
3. Pets will be permitted if authorized by the agent. No pets on furniture.

5. Pots and pans may not be used for cooking on the braai.
6. Our insurers require that the external doors and security gates be locked and the alarm be appropriately set at night and whenever the house is unoccupied.
7. Leave TV on mute, not paused, when not watching to reduce rusting.
8. Otter Cove Beach House is currently experiencing stage 3-6 load shedding. Please select Munster (3) on the ESP App to view the loadshedding schedule. There is a large braai and single gas cylinder available to cook on during load shedding.
9. There is 5000l back up water supply.
