There are many small things that distract. Quite a few kitchen issues (not enough pots to cook, waste bin not working, chipped glasses (that were replaced on request), blind in shower missing, draining of shower poor in one bathroom, ran out of gas with no spare bottle at hand - things that you would expect at a property with this price tag.
