Awesome service and friendly assistance. We could feel at home having a braai with the host providing us with delicious salads and braai broodjies at a minimal cost, and even wood and charcoal were provided! So lovely in the quiet farm surroundings.

It was a bit of a struggle to find the turn off. The venue is great, owners are friendly. From outside it looks a bit rustic, but inside is wow.

Sanet is a pleasant and helpful hostess. The accommodation was very neat and clean.
We had dogs with us and these were the ideal sleepover rooms. It was clean and tidy, only spiders in rooms due to the location. I wouldn't recommend it to people who are used to staying behind gates and bars. I felt very safe, but some in the group felt scared. But it is ideal if animals travel together.

Perfect location as an overnighter en route to Botswana from the interior of the country. Friendly, down to earth hosts made our stay one we would frequent again this way to/from Botswana.

The room was neat and clean. Everything worked and the owners were very pleasant. Will definitely stay at OuGat Self-catering Accommodation again when we are in the area.
Host couple great, room was very tidy, bed was good quality, had air conditioning. We had delicious barbecue meat that we ordered from the hostess. They were kind enough to make a fire for us when we were on our way to them, so we could just barbecue when we got there tired. No security fences around guest rooms, but safe. Good road condition to get there, is on land holdings a few km from the town. Very neat and everything works. Will definitely stay there again, price is very competitive and definitely value for money.
Comfortable sleeping and bathroom facilities. Very clean and tidy, lovely hot water in the shower. Kitchen sparsely equipped, limited equipment for self-catering, no braai facilities.

We were received very kindly. Sanet and Phillip went out of their way to bring gas bottles, gas boilers and lamps with the unforeseen power outages that occurred over the weekend. We really enjoyed the tranquility on the farm. Will definitely stay there again.
Regardless of a power outage I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at OuGat Selfsorg-Akkommodasie and will definitely be back with my next trip to Kuruman.
Directional instructions to the venue were vague. But easily found. Faded and inadequate signage, but most acceptable.

The rooms are very neat and the surprise in the fridge went down deliciously on the stoepie.
We were two couples and the comfort of each room with its own kitchenette and bathroom was warmly welcomed. The braai was ready for us with wood. All the necessary equipment is available in the kitchen. Thank you very much for the neat and comfortable Ougat accommodation.

Had such a nice stay! Not only did they put out the braai for us with 3 bags of wood for the evening's braai, but also a treat for us on the head pillow (and for our four-legged friend too!) and in the fridge a plate with freshly cut prickly pears!
We were on our way back from Namibia on our way to Johannesburg and wanted to stop in Vryburg to catch our breath. The service from LekkeSlaap was breathtaking. The booking was easy and quick and the communication was regular and complete. Sanet from OuGat Self-sorg-Accommodation contacted us and asked if we would like to have a barbecue at the guest house on the night of our reservation. She made sure there was wood for us and we could have a great barbecue. She also offered to provide us with side dishes and meat at an extra cost. The food was top notch and very good value for money. The accommodation itself was beautiful and everything we needed. Thank you very much Sanet and everyone at OuGat Self Care. It was lovely to visit you.

We were on our way to Van Zylsrus and we just had an overnight stop at OuGat. OuGat met our needs and it was really a pleasant place to stay. Philip and Sanet welcomed us even though we only arrived at 20:30. They even lit a fire before we got there so that we could just unpack and braai. We will definitely recommend OuGat!

Very much enjoyed the warm and friendly stay at Ougat. Before us one tremendous experience to talk with Sanet and Pieter and exchange experiences and experiences. Although the surroundings of Vryburg are not very touristy, we can still recommend this overnight stay to everyone. The cottage is beautiful and fully furnished. Phillip's hobby/activity, bird breeding, was also another pleasant surprise. We will cherish our memories and take them back to the Netherlands with great pleasure.
The place is easily accessible and since it is just outside the town of Vryburg, it gives the opportunity to move in and out of the town easily. The owner/managers were very friendly and helpful. Will use them any time I'm in that area again.
