31 guests' feedbackI had a pleasant experience from arranging the shuttle to pick me up by Bushman to the attendant at the check-in desk. Bushman was waiting for me at 5am in the morning displaying a pleasant disposition. The room was clean, tidy and I enjoyed a lovely cup of ground coffee in my room. Lovely touch.
Customer service was absolutely excellent! The kindness was super great. Every single person greeted us. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated like kings.

The stay was very pleasant. Our room was a little on the old side and needed some renovation. The air conditioner needs a service and a fridge in the room would have been a big plus. The breakfast was very nice.
The environment is quiet and safe, a walking distance to the petrol station and to the shopping centre.

TV in the room did not work, was not problem for us. We arrived late and were tired.
Only negative comment was the TV sound was not loud and clear enough. There was no plug next to the bed for the beside lamp. So the light was just decoration and didn't serve its purpose.
The place is beautiful and the service is top notch.
We already flew at 6 o'clock in the morning and instead of breakfast we each received a food package. Thank you so much it was great.

The receptionist and chef at the lodge went out of their way to be of assistance. Unfortunately, the lodge is run-down - the bathroom ceiling and walls were mildewed; the passage carpets were dirty and the lodge generally smelt of cigarette smoke. Sad as the garden is it is still well cared for and the lodge was clearly a lovely spot in the past.

The room was not very clean, there were cobwebs and the shower was dirty on the floor, the TV didn't work and neither did the WiFi.
Good location, friendly service, however room was not clean and expected better for price paid.
Was okay to stay over, parking was nice and close to airport, but there wasn't really much of a breakfast! Furthermore, okay for overstaying.
It was a struggle to get any communication with the guesthouse to confirm our shuttle. I had to ask LekkeSlaap to contact them to get them to respond. The booking was made with an option for a meal for dinner and we were assured that there would be at least something to eat. Needless to say, there was no meal and no one on-site to even discuss this with so we went to bed hungry. Our bathroom was permanently wet - probably a leak somewhere but once again no one on-site to discuss this with. The breakfast the next morning was fine and luckily the shuttle was on time to take us to the airport for our next flight.
Accommodation not an expense but we will not stay there again.
Only one bedside lamp whose bulb was blown. Couldn't use the TV at all, no reception, just snow. Cabinet in which TV was not cleaned. The shower tiles were shockingly dirty. Quality of towels definitely not up to par, thin and frayed on the sides. No burglar bars in front of windows. The kitchen was dirty and unsanitary. What we saw on the internet was definitely not what we got. Photos can be very deceiving!
The aircon in room is there but not working. TV is in room but no channels are working, you can't see anything on the TV. Shower looks terrible. The grout between the tiles was black. I was too scared to shower without sandals. On arrival I was waiting in reception for 20 min before someone came and help me to check-in. Not safe at all. Gates stand open with no guards at night. I was just glad to find my car still there in the morning. No WiFi but they advertise WiFi.
The hotel and rooms are dirty and old. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
Very dirty! Mold in the bathroom, hair in the bedding, bedding not even washed at all, dust everywhere in room carpets full of stains, I'm dying, we had to move to another accommodation at 8 o'clock in the evening, because it was totally and unacceptable, absolutely disgusting stay! Very dirty place!
The lodge's location in relation to ORT International is very convenient and makes one's flight experience just that much better, especially the early flights. The room and bathroom are not super modern, but the cleanliness and size make up for anything else. Reception at well manned security gate and at the lodge reception is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff who immediately make you feel at home.
It was fantastic, no problems.
The room air conditioning should be serviced. Not cold enough. Service at breakfast and reception: first class.

I really enjoyed the stay and had a fantastic breakfast and I could have dinner if I wanted. I will Outlook again when I'm in the area.
