We had a nice stay. However, the shower in room 2 only worked on very hot and cold. The "mixer" after lukewarm does not work.

Easily accessible just off the main road. Securely fenced premises with rooms that are exactly as shown in the photos. Everything you need for a long-distance, self-catering rest stop. But the best was the service and friendly reception. On the way I got a WhatsApp with the "pin" that took me to their gate. And even though I only arrived at 20:00, the reception still made me feel welcome!

Was pleasantly surprised with the stay. The room is very nice and clean. Really felt at home. The garden and everything is well taken care of. Will definitely use it again if I pass by again. The only negative comment is that the bed creaks terribly. However, understand that this can be a result of many different people's weight resting on it. Unfortunately, I have also never managed to achieve constant heat water with a gas geyser. Regardless, I would definitely recommend it and stay there again in the future.

You are met by a friendly, helpful lady when you arrive. Then you get to your room. A clean and cool place to unwind after a long day on the road. Lots of spoils in the room, like rusks and corn flakes and cold milk in the refrigerator. A place that I will recommend to family and friends. Well worth your while to overnight here.
I would definitely recommend Overnight @ Douglas. Our self catering apartment was fully equipped with everything one would need. There was even coffee, sugar, milk and rusks! The apartment was cleaned every morning. The location of the place is in a quiet area and only a kilo out of the town. Rates reasonable. Clean, neat, safe - everything a traveller is looking for. I'm definitely going to make use of Overnight @ Douglas again.

All the furniture and linen are of good quality. The rooms each have their own private entrance. I was received very hospitably, even though I didn't arrive here until 8:00 p.m. Really very neat.

I will definitely stay here again. Everything was so nice and clean, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and everything was beautiful. From the grass outside to the room inside. The air conditioning was really a big bonus for the 40 degree hot day. Fresh yogurt and fruit in the fridge and you really only need your bag of clothes and nothing else. Everything you need is in your room. The service was excellent and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We felt so at home. Thank you very much for the friendly reception.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was properly equipped with more than we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and very spacious. Definitely worth every penny!
It is neat and clean and pretty stylish and they provide everything you need, even milk, yogurt, apples and bottles of water in the fridge. There is wood for barbecuing and fire lighters and in the bathroom there is shampoo, soap and body lotion. There are also all the necessities in the kitchen. It was the best and cheapest of the places we stayed. I can confidently recommend it.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. Our vehicle was safely under a cover behind a locked gate and we slept peacefully knowing it was safe. We will definitely stay there again if we pass by.
