The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a 2-plate mini stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a fireplace, a TV with selected DStv channels, and Wi-Fi access.
The wooden lodge offers various decks and balconies where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful views, a swimming pool, and braai facilities.

37 guests' feedbackOnly small negative point I have is that it is close to the road and the sound of cars can be a little disturbing at times, but it does not affect one's entire visit. The beautiful surroundings make up for it.

I booked the accommodation for my son and daughter-in-law for their honeymoon and called Gerhard ahead of time and informed him about their stay and Gerhard once again went out of his way and made an extra effort to welcome them. The feedback I received from the couple was just incredible. Friendly hostess indeed. Feels like home, just in open nature. Beautiful and calming effect on your soul when you relax on the front deck. Clean rooms with your own bathroom. Divine breakfast! This lodge is under good supervision and we had a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay (three nights) very much. When there is no wind the large balcony from the sitting room is a fantastic spot looking out over the lagune.
The establishment is basic, but very clean. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner and will probably stay there again.
A peaceful location just before Knysna. The building does require maintenance but otherwise it was very clean. All in all, not a bad place with a nice hostess.
