12 guests' feedbackThe room was decent but not everything worked - side lamps. There was no hot water in the morning as the geyser is shared and the hot water was depleted. There was no fan or air conditioning. The room was only prepared for 1 person, but there were 2 of us. It was loud due to adjacent customers and food preparation in the kitchen early in the morning down the hall. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Parking is an issue, as customers sometimes need to double park. More photos should be displayed for better insight into the accommodation. Information regarding WiFi connectivity should be provided in the room. It was busy on arrival and only 1 staff member was present to provide information.
Safe place to sleep, safe parking, bathroom facilities unfortunately need some work.
Ndumiso, the receptionist, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but unfortunately it ends there. The guesthouse needs serious work to bring it up to the expected standard. We were in room 4 where we could not use the WiFi signal at all. We had to enjoy at kitchen area or outside it. The walls were halfway done with renovations, bathroom towel racks broken. Mirror is not in place, lying on sink. Toilet seat was completely loose. Curtains draw loose. Photos of room were taken to verify. Standard does not come at the asking price.
We had the most delicious dinner and breakfast prepared and served by the owner and staff themselves. With all kinds of extras on the table, it was truly a treat. Even though the person at reception had only been working there for a week, he made our time there very pleasant.
The receptionist (Siabonga) went out of his way to get everything right and was very friendly. Place short maintenance.
Not much more to expand on really. I will please just don't want to use them again.
We only stayed one night but were satisfied with the service. However, as with most other places of accommodation, more attention can be paid to facilities for the disabled.
We had a very nice stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. Will visit Pablo again when we come to Ermelo.
The bedroom was fine with one mega-sized bed and flatscreen TV. Also the dinner was very good. Furthermore, there is nothing to do in or around the house (the swimming pool was dirty and the garden littered). The staff did their best to please our boys. They were even allowed to borrow cross bikes.
Good location, but a few things bothered us. The bed in my room should have been replaced long ago. The home telephone can be heard in the rooms very clearly and bothered us. The soap dish in the shower is broken and is hanging in place by a thread of mercy! Half finished construction work outside the house creates a bad impression. Light bulbs in the dining room have to be replaced. I was disappointed and will, unfortunately, not be returning. The ladies who work in the kitchen are very friendly and helpful though.
The place is nice, clean and their staff is professional. Their breakfast is also delicious.
