It is a very cute and tidy place with enough space and a nice barbecue area. Very well equipped for a family or group of people. Service was great.

The sun terrace is wonderful during the day, with a comfortable braai where you can have a good time.
I would prefer that the surfaces in the cottage are not so over-packed with unnecessary decorations. One hardly has room to put one's things down.
We actually booked accommodation for 6 adults. The bunk beds were a disappointment as we have very tall family members and this was a challenge for them. There were also only 4 dining room chairs, a 6-sleeper should have had 6 chairs. This was rather disappointing. Some of the crockery was chipped. I did expect a little more attention to detail.
Place is very cold. The fireplace is small and does not heat properly. Only 2 out of the 4 heaters worked. The front door lock has difficulty unlocking. The bathrooms and room that does not get sun are bitterly cold and there is no extra heating. Kitchen is not properly equipped. Pots are very thin and burn easily on the gas. The electric kettle cannot open. Not value for money.
Paddocks 6 is a very peaceful and secure complex. The place is neat and clean. With a built-in braai area where we relaxed quietly while the children could play peacefully outside.
Wish we could have stayed longer - the house was tidy and the location excellent. We especially enjoyed the sunroom!

The double beds were a little small for us, but otherwise the rooms were nice and tidy. It's a spacious unit with a built-in braai on the stoep. It's safe for children and in a nice complex.

From the moment we got there we were impressed with the place. Lizette and Pierre went out of their way to meet us. We got there pretty early and they let us check in right away. The complex was quiet, tidy and clearly very well maintained. The unit exceeded our expectations and there was really nothing to complain about. We will definitely want to stay there again if we go to Clarens again.

We had a great stay at Paddocks 6. The place is fully equipped and is like a home away from home. I can think of no shortcomings and will definitely stay there again in the future. Hopefully the government jumps in to make the routes there better, because the roads are bad for the tires!
The house is located in a small complex, it is quiet, peaceful, very neat, nicely decorated and well equipped. Out of the hustle and bustle of a busy Clarens. Here you can rest and it is close enough to everything if it gets too quiet or if you need to buy necessities. Can recommend it with great confidence.

The house is just far enough from the main street to make sure that you can be peaceful at home, and have a good time at all the eateries and shops. The Paddocks is a new townhouse development in Clarens. Very nicely equipped kitchen, although the dishwasher was not yet connected. Very comfortable mattresses and good quality bedding. The unit is not cleaned, and although we arranged to have it cleaned at an extra cost, the lady did not show up. Fortunately, the unit is not large, so it was quick to do it myself. Unfortunately, the unit does not have a nice view of the mountains, but the enclosed braai area definitely makes up for it. Very nice decor, and very neat and clean. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, except for a dirty grill.
Would have appreciated if we were warned about the active construction.
We enjoyed every moment at Paddocks Six. The house is lovely equipped and it really felt like a "home away from home". Excellent service by the agent, she was very friendly and helpful.
