Located in the main street, but with the busy roads, the noises did not bother at all. Clean, nice, thought-out room. Small but adequate. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

The owner of the guest house welcomed me very warmly. I had a nice room with a little kitchen and bathroom. The pool in the garden is nice. It was perfect for one night when traveling from Mpumalanga to the ocean. There is a nice restaurant close by and it is a safe place.

Very neat and clean, we were quite surprised. All that bothered was the location of the Inn, not a quiet environment, the main street that runs through Piet Retief is right in front of the Inn and the noise of vehicles and large trucks was heard all night.

Palm Inn is very comfortable and conveniently situated if you're passing through or spending time in Piet Retief.
The only criticism we have is the condition of the swimming pool and I think once this has been attended to it will improve the general appearance of the garden. Garden otherwise well kept, very clean and tidy.

The whole weekend was absolutely wonderful and the units were well and neatly furnished, I can really recommend them. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful.
Everything was great... It was just a bit rough with the trucks driving by all night, don't know if it's always like that. Very friendly owner, she even got up early for us when we drove again the next morning! Thank you!
We have stayed at a couple of places overnight in Piet Retief when travelling. This is one of the better bed and breakfasts in it's price range. It was real value for money. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issue was noise coming from the road. But overall a great stay at a good value.
Clean and very tidy, facilities for tea and coffee in room. Located close to main routes and supermarket. Swimming pool just needs attention, but otherwise the garden is beautiful and tidy. Good value for money. Would recommend it.
