Good service through to our office.
Reception was not overwhelming, owners shy to chat! Rooms were at the back of the yard, past the restaurant, walk over dogs barking terribly. Rooms were neat and well equipped. Very cold rooms. No generator or inverter available. There were still smaller dogs on site that were barking naggingly, we had to quiet them down a few times. Restaurant is actually part of a pub, food was tasty, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. No one to help with luggage and departure was without greeting from owners!
The rooms were nice and clean, but on the same premises as the local pub. The language used in the bar was terrible. Definitely not suitable for families with children. We were woken up early (05:45) the next morning by one of the previous night's bar patrons to be let out at the gate. The pool was also dirty and green.

After a flat tire on the R337 between Pearston and Jansenville I was welcomed with a big hug! Our room was well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed a meal in the bar/restaurant and my husband said it was one of the best steaks he had ever eaten.

A very small and quiet little town. Serene and perfect for the person who need to rest and re-energise. Although there was no time to enjoy eats from the restaurant the menu looked impressive. The general cleanliness of the town is also something very obvious and worth mentioning.
Accommodation was nice, staff friendly. Never asked us about breakfast. Only concern was the key when we leave.
