Palm View is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in Ballito, situated across the road from Granny Pool Beach, with direct beach and promenade access opposite the front gate, making it ideal for a family or group of friends.

This property can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. These bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with both a bath and shower. The third and fourth bedrooms contain 2 single beds. These four bedrooms have ceiling fans and open onto the patio. The fifth bedroom has 2 single beds and a standing fan. The remaining 2 bathrooms are fitted with showers. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and chest freezer are available in the separate scullery. The living area contains an 8-seater dining table, a bar with a bar fridge, and bar stools. The lounge has comfortable couches, ceiling fans, and a smart TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.

The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai. Additionally, this property has a lovely garden and a swimming pool - Please note that there is NO pool net.

Guests have access to a double lock-up garage and additional open guest parking for 3 vehicles. The house has an alarm and access via a remote-controlled gate.
