I had a nice stay. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Although it is only a 3 star guest house, I feel the decor is very dated. It looks more like you're going to stay in grandma's old house on a small farm. With such a nice view of the southern suburbs and the pool, a little modern furniture and linen will bring so much more homeliness to the traveler.
Poor. Bed wasn't made on the second day. No new towels.
The booking agent was not forthcoming with information which resulted in a poor overall experience during the stay.
Very pleasant environment and house.
Absolutle lovely place and fantastic service. Would be five star if the parking was not outside on the street on a very steep sidewalk. Had to hope the car's handbreak was tight enough. Could not sleep well as I was waiting for the car alarm to go off or a crash. Bathroom also not en suite.
The service and facilities were excellent. Clean, tidy and everything is available that is needed. Location is perfect. Delicious breakfast. Will come again.

The house keeper/manager was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very spacious and neat (had a cute little balcony and a beautiful view). We had a few requirements and/or questions and was not disappointed with the service provided. Would definitely go again for a longer stay.
