Definitely had a great stay and will use this place again in the future. Was definitely good.
It is very neat and quiet, the bedding could use a bit of updating. The swimming pool was still closed and not ready for guests, our car had to stand outside in the street for two nights because 2 large vans filled the third parking lot. Rosemary the cleaner is very nice, she helped us book and took us through Covid precautions. We took our own towels as the instructions said, there were towels placed on our bed when we arrived. The aircon didn't work either.
Disorganized. No soap, no milk, was not given a code to leave the place, and at the point when we wanted to go out we were locked inside and had to wait for the lady who was out to come back and give us a code. No WiFi, no DStv.
It was a struggle to get hold of the responsible person to book in on Sunday, March 4th. The room was on the first floor which is a problem for me as I struggle with my legs. I called Riette Tolken to discuss my problem but no answer. The lady who let us in has disappeared. The air conditioning in the room was also not working.
