Panoramic Beach & Sea View apartment is located on the 4th floor of the well-known building at Beach Road Amanzimtoti, close to Amanzimtoti Mall and the Spur. there are three lifts to reach the apartment. It has 180 degrees sea view from the windows of the lounge and bedrooms. The establishment is at the beach front with easy access to the beach and within a short stroll to the main beach.

The apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends, looking for a comfortable getaway. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom contains a double bed and a double bunker bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, breakfast nook, two fridge-freezers, a microwave, a kettle, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area comprises comfortable leather couches for 6 people and a flat-screen TV with DStv.

There is a free and secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle close to the lifts and additional open parking can be arranged at a minimal fee. There are safe and secure braai facilities available on the ground floor including outdoor furniture. There is a communal swimming pool where guests can cool off after a hot day from the beach. Guests have the convenience of using the laundry amenities within the building at a minimum fee and include washing machines and tumble dryers.

Nice place to stay, would book again, would just recommend doing something about the windows, like putting brackets on, especially with people with small children. Windows slide open too easily, but other than that it's a very nice place, thanks for everything.

Was just some loud music one night at the braai area, otherwise had a very nice stay and enjoyed the sea view very much. Place was clean and tidy.

The accommodation overall is great value for money and absolutely worth it. There were a few places in the apartment that weren't very clean when we got there, and also the remote key didn't work for the front big gate to go through to the beach. Our original remote didn't work and then had to get a new one, one button of which didn't work well for the big gate that goes through to the beach. The parking below is not always large enough and suitable for large vehicles.

Comfortable and fully equipped apartment for a small family. Guest room shower lacks pressure but there is a bath in second bathroom.

Was a nice the flat, view fantastic. Area dodgy. Not enough TV to keep young 3 year old busy. Never saw the agent. Only sent her son. First time so never knew what to expect. All on all a lovely place. Johan was very forthcoming. Remote did not work so we had to wait a whole day and night for agent to bring us a replacement. I will recommend to others and it is value for money.
