Pansy Shell can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs is 2 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed by prior request and features an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and enclosed toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, and an enclosed toilet. Both of these rooms have air-conditioning and open onto a semi-covered balcony with views. The third bedroom is outside and separate from the house. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
Downstairs comprises the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and an additional en-suite bedroom. This bedroom has air-conditioning and is furnished with a king-size bed and has an open-plan en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and an enclosed toilet. This room opens onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and has an interleading scullery. The lounge features a wood-burning fireplace. The living area has large glass sliding doors opening onto a covered deck overlooking the netted swimming pool, sun loungers, a Weber braai and garden. Wi-Fi is available at the property guests are able to use their own login details for streaming services such as Netflix and DStv on the smart TV.
There is also an outside laundry facility with a housekeeper included in the rental from Monday to Friday. The house includes a double garage with additional uncovered parking space for 2 vehicles inside the gated property.

House rules
The refundable breakage deposit will be payable to this office, a minimum of 21 days prior to the arrival date. This payment can be made via credit card or EFT. This office will contact you at the time of the booking to provide payment details.No student or matric rage bookings or groups, events, or functions as permitted. The house is purely family accommodation and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not fall within this category.
Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
The property is located in a residential area, with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work is generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and party noise to 22:00.
Use of the swimming pool is at the occupants' own risk.
A mandatory housekeeper is included in the rental, contracted to work for the guests 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekends and public holidays are on request directly with the housekeeper at a surcharged rate for the guests' account.
The mobile Weber braai must not be used on the deck, guest has to provide their own wood, and ensure no grease on the deck or coals blow in the wind causing damage to the deck or furniture.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangements only.
