Beautiful location and close to the beach, a mere 2-minute drive. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host is thoughtful and friendly. Will definitely be returning to the accommodation in the future.

We had a nice stay. The hostess is very friendly. I am grateful that she welcomed our puppy. If I may suggest something, coffee things (coffee, tea, sugar, milk and maybe a container with biscuits) would be quite welcome. Luckily I read the reviews beforehand and went prepared.
The hostess was very helpful and gave me enough privacy, but I knew how to contact her if needed. The room was beautiful with the most beautiful view of Brenton Beach.
The room is very spacious and beautiful. Everything was pretty neat and comfortable. One could not ask for a better view. The hostess is friendly and helpful. Guests just have to keep in mind that nothing in the way of refreshments is provided here. No coffee, tea, sugar or milk. There is also no soap at the sink for dishes, or bathroom. So remember to take it with you! There aren't any big shops nearby either and it's a bit of a walk to Knysa. So remember to buy everything you need before you drive to Brenton on Sea.
The unit we rented was wonderfully neat and tidy, and had everything that you would reasonably need in a self catering venue. Veronica was fantastic, made us feel at home and welcome, yet always gave us our space and privacy. The setting was idyllic!
When we got there there was only 2 towels for 4 days and we had to ask everything.
Papillon Bleu is a good and safe place for a holiday. Nice and comfortable, peaceful and close to the beach.
We visited Papillon Bleu for 3 nights for a breakaway. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great view and peaceful setting. Our host, Veronica, also made sure that we were happy. She gave some great advice on places to visit, including Diepwalle forest and Robberg Nature Reserve. We really enjoyed our stay at Papillon Bleu - the best view of an already beautiful place, Brenton-on-Sea.

Very tasteful, well-equipped unit with a beautiful view of the sea. Very clean and tidy. Owner very hospitable and friendly. Great restaurants in the area.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. It's a very nice place with a nice view. The TV situation just doesn't work at all. They advertise DStv channels but you have no access to DStv unless you call the owner and ask to change the TV channel and if she goes out for the evening you basically can't watch any TV except SABC 2 and 3. After ' After a long day of driving around and having a holiday, you want to relax and watch TV in the evenings. This caused quite a very annoying situation.
