Staff received us very kindly. We were a group of 15 adults. Accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable.
Clean, neat, must put separation between kid's beds and adults.
Pragtige plek met gasvrye mense.
Everything was clean and available as promised. Outside area where the braai is appeared a bit shabby with the black netting but otherwise fine. Close to Malelane gate to the Kruger Park.
Dinner menu is very expensive and does not offer enough cheaper options.
No parking at the cabins is not convenient and we were not aware of it beforehand. Maybe missed it.
Too expensive for what you get.
Fridge was off when we got there and only really cold when we drove the next morning. Kitchen not very clean.

Our third visit. Always beautiful. Always neat and clean. The check-in process was very friendly and fast. The meal in Ant's Nest was excellent, the most delicious food at the most reasonable prices. We will definitely stay here again, next time just staying for a while.

For older people, the parking is a little far from the chalet - maybe a small trolley available to transport luggage.

We stay in the approach and departure lanes of OR Tambo Airport. You get so used to the noise that it doesn't bother you anymore. For one night, however, I don't think anyone can get used to the constant arrival and departure of Sugarcane and other heavy trucks. Secondly - if you advertise on the website that there is a restaurant at the premises then you use this as part of your criteria to distinguish the place from others. If you then arrive there in the evening and the guard who receives you informs you that the restaurant is not open - what then. "I can phone the madam to ask if she will come and prepare something for you." If you cannot provide the service - contact your client and make arrangements in advance or is it too much to ask? Sorry about the negative aspects, but I am owe it to the next customer.
Beautiful place and hospitable owners. On both sides of accommodation 2 truck stops. All night trucks moving in and out and making a lot of noise.

The room was said to be a self-catering, but no microwave to warm my food, no stove to cater myself, no couch to relax and watch TV, limited shelter for cars. I was disappointed.
Paradise Creek is too close to the busy main roads in my opinion. The traffic noise is annoying.
Everything from our reception by Patrick to the exquisitely decorated, clean unit was excellent. We were grateful for the air conditioning, fresh towels and specially prepared drinking water! No effort was spared and we definitely recommend the unit high on our list! We felt very safe and were even provided with covered parking!
We slept here on our way to the Kruger National Park. It's a lovely place and safe! The cottage was beautiful and tidy.

I will definitely recommend Paradise Creek! It's a peace of paradise with brilliant service and I was very surprised with the 5 star restaurant at the establishment. Close to the Game Reserve's gate. Value for money.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival there was a small problem. My husband is a quadriplegic and his wheelchair did not fit through the door. Soon enough a plan was made and the door handle was removed and the space was large enough for the wheelchair to fit through the door. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were always helpful in helping carry packages and even helping my husband in his wheelchair. The meals at the restaurant were delicious! Will definitely visit there again.

As for Paradise Creek, I couldn't experience everything because we arrived in the rain and dark. But the place is clean and the basic facilities were up to standard. The service of the security man was incredibly good. He made a fire and set the table and provided cutlery.

Our unit had the ugliest braai area/patio imaginable. Anything but a paradise! Very close to the national freeway, so truck traffic was obtrusive. The unit was clean.

Upon arrival I struggled to enter the gate since not 1 of the 3 telephone numbers that were there answered. After a hassle we finally managed to open the gate. Neither Saturday nor Sunday did I see any of the managers.
