I really enjoyed my stay. There is just one thing that bothered me: I can't stand mothballs. Can you maybe not put mothballs all around the place?

The bathrooms are ridiculously small and the bedding was stained. Otherwise, everything else was fine. Expected for the amount charged.
On the following day we were moved to a bigger room and the room was not clean enough, the kitchen utensils had rust starting from the kettle and the bedding was not clean enough as well.
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were kindly received and received fast and excellent service. The apartment was very neat and well equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and use the services again.
The apartment we were in needs a door curtain for privacy. A mirror would be more welcomed. Bathroom needs attention as when washing the whole toilet becomes wet.
Damp smell on arrival even with the fan left on still affected our sinuses and could hardly sleep.
To get to the unit we had to walk past/under other residents' laundry on the wire. The braai had been cleaned a few weeks ago. There are cigarette butts lying around. The place does not look like the pictures. We still found other people's clothes in the hanging closet. There were no hangers either. We were told we had to provide our own towels, if they provided it would cost more money.
Worst place ever, never want to suggest anyone to stay there, full of cockroaches. Disgusting place.
My husband and son stayed there and my daughters and I joined them later. The service you get is quick, fast and friendly. There are strict rules and regulations that one looks for, then you know the place is looked after and is very clean and tidy. Can communicate with the people at any time of the day or night and is always available. It is quiet and safe but also close to everything if you need anything. My husband works away a lot and will definitely be using them again, would recommend the place to anyone else as well. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Apartment was excellent and value for money. Can make the curtains a little thicker material for more privacy. Too few plugs in the room and far too far from the bed.
When we arrived, no reception. When I called her she sent a cleaning lady to assist us. On opening the flat, a bad smell coming out as we enter and see the blinds are broken, the freezer door doesn't close, shower and windows dirty, old bedding. No thanks, never again. I forgot my vanity case and they still didn't contact me after. I contacted them three times.

It is not luxurious, but comfortable. Secure parking. I couldn't get WiFi connection, that was a problem for me. Friendly staff on site.
Very disappointed in experience. The unit we booked was allocated to someone else when we arrived. Unit we were given was very dated and located in front of building. Felt very unsafe walking to unit in evenings and main door to building was left open most of the time we got there. No air-conditioner, but at least there was a fan, which also didn't work. No candles or lanterns for load shedding. Yes, we were given another unit in the back of the building which did feel a bit safer, but no privacy as unit was located at entry/exit gate to units and only had a see through curtain in front of window. Showering was also difficult seeing that the shower and toilet is in the same space. Couldn't get dressed in room otherwise people passing by would see you, so you had to get dressed in shower/toilet where floor was wet. One positive is that our accommodation was in close proximity to where we had to be everyday.
I will recommend this place and use it again. It's now the 2nd or 3rd time I've stayed here and I'm always happy if my 'flat' is available to me.

Lee-Ann is an absolute gem. Parkview was nice to stay in. It was our place to sleep for the weekend and I would use them again anytime. Two negative points. The apartment I was allocated did not have lights in the bathroom, it did not have a big impact on my stay, so I did not report it. The shower is for very thin people and I struggled to fit in there. Maybe you should consider adding a shower to the bath which will make it more convenient for bigger people like me and there are a lot of us in South Africa. Second point is the road noise. Perhaps you should consider building a boundary wall and also planting hedge plants there to dampen the noise from the road. It will also provide more security to the apartments on the ground floor on the Graaff-Reinet road. Otherwise my stay was very nice. Many thanks again to Lee-Anne for excellent service.

The apartment was efficient and fair for the price I paid.
The apartment is on the bottom floor of an apartment building, and feels quite caged. The apartment is basically divided in half with a locking door that separates the apartment from the one next door - as a result, the door is not soundproof at all and noisy neighbors' voices and television set were very disturbing. Apart from that, the apartment is very tidy, conveniently located and fully equipped for self-catering. Value for money.

Parkview Flats may need some attention on the outside, but inside the accommodation is more than adequate for an overnight stay or longer to serve as a base to explore the Uitenhage/PE/Addo area.

Neat and spacious. A few things missing like an iron - but other than that it was value for money.
They need a proper receptionist to receive guest in professional manner, and a late night rumour from some of the other guests kept us awake till three the next morning. However, apart from that, the stay was awesome.
