The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a 3/4 bed with pull out single bed. The second bathroom contains a shower, bath, toilet and a washbasin. There is an additional guest toilet with a washbasin. The queen size bedroom downstairs has en-suite shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a round 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a TV with Netflix and Showmax. Outside there a sheltered patio with outdoor dining furniture and built-in braai. The patio leads to a swimming pool area.
