The unit is incredibly comfortably furnished, clean and equipped with everything needed. Nicely furnished and well located. Only the braai is complicated by its location - with no cover against wind and weather, and if there was a small wall or coal tray, it would prevent logs from falling onto the deck.

My stay was lovely. The place was clean and tidy. The only recommendation I have is to have an outside dustbin, or make arrangements for the dustbin to be emptied daily. It is a self-catering cottage, so we disposed of food particles when cooking and eating, and because of the heat, the smell inside is elevated.
Nicely spacious and comfortably equipped. Literally around the corner from the beach. Pets welcome (if arranged) but be aware that the outside premises are not 100% private or totally fenced.
Then raise the rate. Raise the rate, but provide internet and television. No milk provided.

Stove's main plate was out of order.
We were grandparents travelling with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The house suited us all to a T and our 6-year-old grandson really enjoyed the basket of games. A really nice touch, thank you.
The safety rating has less to do with the property and more to do with the situation in the town.
