8 guests' feedbackWe enjoyed staying at Paxton Luxury Apartments. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, it is a walk to the beach, the patio is so beautiful, and it is exactly what you saw on the internet. The free ice was a bonus.
Nice and comfortable bed. Toilet privacy is a bit dodgy. No privacy.
Was very nice to stay there. Just be aware of the R1000 which is also payable for breakages before you are checked in. I didn't read through at all. But had a great time and will definitely stay there again! Staff are excellent and friendly and very helpful.
Would be nice if some type of cooling could be in the room even if it's just a fan and some dish soap would also work.
There were only two irritations: On arrival I was told that the breakages amount to R2000-00 and not R1000-00 as I was initially told (apparently because we stayed longer than 2 days). This should be communicated more clearly and more accurately. Furthermore, almost a week later, this amount has still not been repaid. The WiFi signal was very weak at times and although reception explained to us that this was due to the amount of guests and that they were working on it, it is not something that should still be a problem in today's times.
Was a relief after a long trip, would definitely recommend it for a next time. Or anyone else.
We had booked a standard room and it was just too small for us and the baby. The staff immediately moved us to a larger room, no issue.
