"Cozy accommodation."

Very comfortable accommodation. The fireplace warms the whole flat and creates a cozy atmosphere. For the bird lover, every afternoon swarms of birds feed at the bird feeder. We enjoyed the birds and planned our week around the feeding time.

It was a really lovely stay. The cabin/flat was very neat, everything we needed was available. The owner took us through everything, supplied us with local craft beer, hiking maps, suggestions on what could be done in Clarens, etc. Very friendly and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Peach Trees. Spacious house with everything you need. Lovely fireplace for cold evenings, a definite plus. Wall heaters in the room to break the worst of the cold before you crawl into the evenings. Big cozy bed. The most delicious shower with instant hot water from gas geyser. Had nice Clarens beer & gin in the fridge to welcome us and also nice coffee grounds & milk for fresh morning coffee. We were close to all the great hiking trails & also walked comfortably to town and back. Having no use for our car, explored the whole of Clarens on foot. Had a nice barbecue outside under the fairy lights & also made a delicious breakfast on the gas stove after a walk in the mountain. The bookshelf has a variety of interesting reading material and also board games to keep you occupied. We really enjoyed our break and would definitely recommend it to anyone! Hope to visit again soon. A thousand thanks for your hospitality.

Our stay at Peach Trees was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the warm and friendly welcome by our hosts to the countless thoughtful touches, this place truly made our getaway exceptional. Notably, our beloved Golden Retriever, Charlie, was treated like royalty. The hosts warmly embraced his presence and generously permitted him to explore their expansive garden. It's not often that you find pet-friendly accommodations as accommodating as this. The apartment itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. We were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of Whispers chocolates, a well-deserved G&T, a refreshing beer in the fridge, and milk upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. Entertainment was in abundance with Netflix and a reliable Wi-Fi connection at our disposal, ensuring we stayed connected and entertained. One of the standout features was the outdoor braai and lounge area, enveloped by lush greenery. We whiled away hours observing the myriad of birds darting between the cherry blossom trees and indulging in seeds from the garden. It was a serene and picturesque backdrop for relaxation. We were incredibly grateful for the flexibility provided by our hosts, who kindly allowed us to check out late since they weren't anticipating new arrivals that day. This extension enriched our stay, granting us the opportunity to embark on a rejuvenating Sunday morning hike with Charlie. His day couldn't have ended on a better note than with a refreshing swim in the dam. In short, Peach Trees has unquestionably won our hearts, and we've already decided it will be our go-to accommodation whenever we visit Clarens in the future. A huge thanks to our hosts for creating such a welcoming and memorable experience.

My husband and I (and our dog) visited Peach Trees, and it was wonderful from start to finish. It is nice and close to a variety of hiking trails, and also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The owners were very kind to our dog, and allowed him to explore. We will definitely visit again!

The cottage is beautifully tidy with a lovely fireplace that tames the cold and leaves a feeling of nostalgia. It is close to the shops and also several walking routes of the Clarens Nature Reserve. Our two dogs also enjoyed it immensely. Definitely a wonderful holiday if you just want to rest and enjoy the natural beauty between the mountains. The owners are also very hospitable. We will definitely come here again!

Owner very hospitable and very good and friendly service. Place is clean and tidy and well equipped. Nice and quiet. Maybe a few suggestions, although it didn't bother me and it didn't affect the visit in any way: 1) the swing gate for the car access is a bit of a hassle to get in and out of it every time to swing open and close - especially when it's dark - and also if it were to rain. 2) the parking space is a bit tight for a big car between the trees. 3) maybe 2 easy chairs on the porch would be an asset, as the wooden bench is uncomfortable if you spend a long time outside.

Well located, clean and tidy. Owners are friendly and looked after our dogs when we wanted to go out. Short dirt road to the site, but passable with a sedan.

The cottage itself is beautiful and very practical. Outside, there is little attention. The road to the overnight place is a nightmare and the security for vehicles is not that good - just an ordinary gate that is locked with a lock. The host is very friendly and helpful.
