Great stay in a fantastic location. Being just a stone's throw from the beach was perfect. We enjoyed going for a beach sunset and a morning beach run!
The place is nicely decorated and very nice to stay, but unfortunately I won't stay there again because the owner of the place is very incompetent and has no customer service, and this about an alarm that went off 3 times while we were there just followed the instructions we were given. She talked to me like I was her child or working in her kitchen, and I didn't like it. The agent was very helpful and friendly and answered every question. So it was my first time staying there, but will also be my last. Just advice to all agents to take the clients through the accommodation unit and point out the important aspects, like e.g. where is the power box because the furnace cut the power and we had to search for it, your WiFi, how the alarm works. We had to explore ourselves and find out how everything works.

Pebble Beach No 19 is neat, spacious and really provides everything one needs. Plekkie is literally a few meters from the sea. Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.
Pebble Beach No. 19 is a lovely, comfortable home with all the luxuries of being at home. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. We stayed very nice and everything was neat and clean. The beach is on our front porch with a lovely outdoor braai where you can see and hear the waves. Will definitely want to come again. Place is very clean. Very good location close to the sea. Very safe. All appliances as requested for a self-catering stay.
It was very nice. The house was clean, modern and very comfortable. Just a few meters from the sea for the kiddies to swim. The beach was also nice and quiet.

It's a neat place and close to the beach. However, the service we received when we arrived was extremely poor and unprofessional. The owners live in another town and they use an agent to welcome you, etc. The agent did not respond in any way to our initial messages to arrange for our arrival. We then had to contact the owners who then claimed that we could only arrive a day later than our reservation - when we pointed out their mistake there was no apology - just a message: "You're right." After we finally made contact with the agent, he refused to meet us at the unit. He left the key only at a car port, which we as visitors to the town had to go find. We have to work out ourselves how the alarm, etc. works - the agent said he only holds the key - otherwise he does nothing. The poor reception made for a very bad start to our stay in Swakopmund.

Short holiday in July 2018, just friends and family. The outside braai view and sound of the waves were unforettable. Unit very neat, linen fresh and clean. Highly recommended.
