23 guests' feedbackProperty is well equipped, and everything is of high quality. The penguins roam the garden and the beach where they live is a stone's throw away. The view is something incredible and the silence is heavenly. There is a lot to do in the area. We will be back soon for sure.
Accommodation was very stylishly furnished and had all the necessary amenities. It is a wonderful unit. The views were great all over.
Incredible place with the most beautiful view.
The residential unit is very nice with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The bathtub in the master bathroom is especially convenient for small children. The penguins make a daily appearance and can be seen from most of the windows and the porch. The garage with direct access to the residential unit was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Wonderful, great view of the bay. Entertaining watching penguins walk past the patio. 2-bed, 2-bath flat was clean and tastefully decorated.
We had a lovely stay. Checking in was easy, and the host was very helpful. We had such a great time we extended our stay, and it was well worth the extra time.
Penguin Walk is right on the ocean. Despite the cold winter, we were able to stay indoors in a luxurious house with enough space. The house is away from all activity and perfect to switch off. The inverter and gas stove provided the necessary comfort even during power outages.
Best place in town and best town in the region, if you fancy penguins.
We were pleasantly surprised with the living unit, will probably be different if there are guests in the big house as well. Will suggest separate braai and suggest screen wall.
Modern location with an exceptional view. A place within the penguins. Enough space for 4 adults, and everything you need for your daily life. Just a hairdryer you have to bring with you and some adapters if necessary. Also with load shedding you have a converter in the house - so at least you have light and internet, and because of the gas oven you can cook all the time. We would highly recommend it, and would always come back again.
We had a lovely stay at Penguin Walk. It is definitely good value for the price. It is well-equipped and the furnishings are functional but not really cozy. Check-in was easy and quick.
Neat and quiet. Just a pity, there are no braai facilities and there are no mirrors in the room for a lady.
The view over the sea and mountains and a few more penguins in the garden, makes you almost not even care about what the accommodation looks like. Then you are surprised with a brand new, modern place to stay that is everything and even more than you expect. Definitely the best place to stay for our family.

If you are looking something away from all the big towns and cities then this is the place to go. Beautiful, modern, clean apartment right next to the sea and in between all the penguins which made it so much more special. It is part of a bigger house but apparently the owners are seldom there. Has its own entrance and enough privacy.
The house is well furnished with an excellent sea view. Recommendation for a wooden board for chopping vegetables and a small tray.
We had a fantastic weekend. The house is modern, 100% clean, comfortable beds with beautiful white bedding. The ocean and mountain view absolutely stunning. Will definitely come again. The hostess Lucille was very friendly and helpful.
Very nice place, neat, new and clean with everything you need for a wonderful visit.
We had a wonderful stay - only downside is that the braai is not a slight bit closer, but as the house was not occupied - it worked really well. I would suggest in the cold, to add another heater - we used both small heaters in the main dining area as it was a very cold weekend. But otherwise - stunning! View was brilliant and we didn't need anything additional.
We had a great time staying here, beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We had to get used to the penguins' "noise" at night. Unit is part of a house but still private as the house part was not yet completed.

Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
A 50% deposit of the rental fee is required upon reservation of the property, with the remaining balance due two days prior to arrival, payable into the designated bank account.
Payment of the deposit will be considered acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, thereby securing the reservation.
Upon arrival, the guest and their invitees are expected to carefully review the Special Instructions provided. The guest is responsible for the conduct of their invitees throughout the rental period and must ensure that the property is used with care, respect, and in compliance with the rules outlined in the Special Instructions.
The maximum occupancy of each house is limited to the specified number of guests.
Any loss or damage to the owner’s property—including the inverter, linen, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or other items—will be assessed solely by Be in Betty's Bay, and the guest will be required to pay for such damages upon demand. Guests must notify Be in Betty's Bay of any losses or damages before departure.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool, wooden hot tub, or jacuzzi.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay, the property becomes unfit for occupancy during the rental period, the guest will receive a refund limited to the period of unavailability. No further compensation will be provided.
The owner and Be in Betty's Bay reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, before or during the rental period, if the guest or their invitees behave inappropriately or cause a disturbance, at the sole discretion of the owner or Be in Betty's Bay.
Guests must observe the local quiet hours, which begin at 22:00.
