- Penrith 004 is serviced daily except on weekends and public holidays.- Housekeeping is provided on weekdays only (Excluding public holidays).
- Additional Housekeeping is available on weekends and public holidays at an additional cost of R350.00. Please provide management with at least 24 hours notice of the request. Subject to availability.
- Please note Marina security requires 12 hours notice for day guest’s approval. Please arrange any day guest requests with management within the appropriate notice period to avoid any security issues. An extract of the MRHOA rule book is provided in 5.2.
- No day visitors for short-term tenants unless by prior arrangement 12 hours in advance and approved through MRHOA/Security. Short term tenants will not be allowed to hold parties or functions in their rental apartments
