Hostess Uschaan is a lovely person with a heart of gold. Value for money accommodation. Everything needed is in the unit. The children thoroughly enjoyed the horses, Beulah the Great Dane, nature and the tranquility. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

Very quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed the farm atmosphere. The basic accommodation is more than just basic. Everything you need and if you want something like a braai in front of your room, just ask and they will bring you one.

We were kindly received by Uschaan and Franco and we really got the silence and tranquility we were looking for. The facilities are basic. It is important that guests bring everything they need as Perdehoek Sleepover is quite far (17 km) from Lichtenburg. Again, if you are truly looking for peace and quiet, Perdehoek is a good choice. We will definitely visit Perdehoek again.

It was nice. We had a problem with the power kicking in every now and then, but that's probably sorted. The environment is breathtaking, neat and picturesque. I would just suggest that the outside lights directly at the rooms could have an option to be able to switch off from inside the cottage as it was very annoying and we couldn't turn it off.

We didn't expect much for the price. I saw no chance for a stiff, impersonal stay and decided on the farm option. Uschaan welcomed us as if we were long-time friends, Marco was equally hospitable and not shy with the firewood. We had a wonderful time and were reluctant to hit the road again.
Owners hospitality and kindness was indescribable. Really enjoyed it and it's excellent value for the price.
We left because there was rat droppings in the pots and pans in the kitchen. It's unacceptable.
We enjoy our stay - my family and I. The place is very nice; it's clean, safe and improved so we will come back next year. We really like the hospitality of the owner, she is so very nice and welcoming person and the rooms are very nice. My only suggestion would be to add on a gym.
Here is everything you need to spend the night with any group of people... enough farm life to keep you and the kids amazed if you arrive early or leave later in the morning. You are close to people, but completely alone and self-sufficient; so it is the right place to spend the night which is safe and close to the town.

Also available on the farm is a function hall that may be used as a wedding venue or for other functions and events. Breakfast is available at an additional charge and can be served to bigger groups in this hall. The hall can also be utilised as a sleeping area for up to 20 guests visiting the area.
After a fun-filled day of horse riding in the lush fields of the farm, sundowners can be enjoyed at the braai area. A small splash pool in the main garden may be used by all guests. Safe parking is provided and there is ample space for trailers.
