Fantastic view, very well equipped, safe environment with parking right at the door.

The apartment is very well equipped and the covered parking right by the door is very handy when it rains. All that was a bit confusing was the opening and closing of the canopy on the porch. A short note on how to handle the stuff ropes would be helpful. We will definitely stay at Perissa 38 again when we are in the area.
Well equipped unit. Central air conditioning makes a huge difference. The parking in front of the unit is ideal and convenient. The Weber is still functional, but is a bit lame. No load shedding made the stay extra special.

Nice place with incredible views.
Everything was just perfect.
The apartment is spacious and well furnished, and quite child-friendly. Large balcony with great views, and short walk down to the semi-private beach. There is good security in the complex with one covered parking right in front of the door. A second car will unfortunately have to use the visitor parking a little way from the apartment.
Everything was very nice and tidy with a fantastic view of the sea. Would go again anytime!
Would definitely stay there again. However the unit is in serious need of maintenance (especially on the trellis gates, burglar bars and window frames). It was so rusted one battled to get the trellis gates open and shut. The furniture inside is well kept, and the décor is lovely (neat and clean). There is no shortage of crockery, cutlery and everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable for a long duration. The Weber braai was however disappointing (very small, mini sized) so as a family we were not able to enjoy a braai at the apartment. The cleaner Zama, was lovely, friendly and hardworking, and definitely an asset. Maintenance needed, other than that the perfect space!
The word, amazing, does not comprehend the tranquillity of the unit and surroundings. What a beautiful place. We’ll be back soon. Rating is 6 stars out of the available 5.

The place needs some maintenance, doors and locks. Also a safe in the place will be good.
Die woonstel is baie modern en het al ons verwagtinge oortref, die ligging is fantasties! Ons het 'n heerlike tyd gehad en sal definitief weer by Perissa 38 in die nabye toekoms tuisgaan. Die agent was baie vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Die enigste kritiek wat ek het is dat die beddens al sy dae gesien het, die matrasse was nie baie gemaklik om op te slaap nie.

Apartment needs maintenance attention. No place to hang dishes and laundry. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly.
Gate staff were unhelpful. Nice, neat and clean unit. Beautiful view. Also missing a set of beach keys and a small safe in the unit. Windows need attention. The accommodation was very expensive, especially the three days over the Easter weekend and there were many units open in Perissa so I think it was poor value for money.
Wonderful place to stay, best sea view, excellent central air-conditioning. Very peaceful and quiet, sit on the patio and just relax to the sound of the ocean. Highly recommended.
I would like to ask the owner to replace the mattresses in the rooms with the single beds, think of adding more heaters or some kind of heating system for the colder months. Can I suggest you consider re-doing the built in cupboards as it smells musty, we could not use the linen as it also smells musty so maybe the linen can be stored somewhere else or can be handed to the tenant after two days so the beds can be changed.
Place needs attention. Hopefully it stays affordable.

We do not accommodate bookings for guests under the age of 25. At least 1 person in the group must be older than 25.
A 1-hour cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and two-night bookings. This cleaning service includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and braais, and sweeping and mopping all floors, but does not include dishes.
Keys can be collected at the caretaker of Santorini at 14:00 and 21:30. Security will direct you to the caretaker's office. He has the keys and directions to the unit. The keys can again be dropped off here with departure.
