Well furnished and decorated, enjoyed the stay.
Stylish and large spaces. Walking distance from the Old Port and Woolworths are nearby.
Good central location.
It was exactly as the pictures, so neat and clean. Wonderful location close to the town centre and about 8mins drive to Grotto beach. We didn't use the beautiful pool as it was raining, would have loved to! Kate was so helpful and responsive. We had an absolutely lovely time! During loadshedding we still had access to some electricity as there's an inverter.
Our stay was absolutely awesome. Except for the following 2 things: the pool was very disappointing; the water was so cold. We were told there is a heated pool. The lounge suite is so soft. I sat on a hard chair all the time. With a back operation, I could not sit on the lounge suite or couch at all. A bit pricey for early March. Noisy back neighbours at Number 2.
We stayed there with little ones and it was very comfortable. Of course fantastic that they provide for the load shedding. Kate was probably the best part of the stay - incredibly helpful and friendly and everything was even more enjoyable because she pays so much attention to small things.

Kate, from Perla was fantastic. She put so much effort into me - through 2020 with my husband's illness and death, she followed up every so often and inquired about his well-being. She also didn't hesitate at all to postpone the reservation until I was ready to take the vacation. She was also there in person to meet us - would recommend anyone to stay there.
We had a lovely stay. The units worked perfectly for a family with young children. It's clean, modern and the location is perfect. Our hostess, Kate, was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend Perla to anyone.

Beautiful, stylish, modern and first class furnished accommodation. Customer service excellent. The heated pool is a big plus especially for the children.
Very tidy and walking distance from town center shops and restaurants. Friendly hostess. Unfortunately no. 1 located adjacent to the very busy road. Also feel that second bedroom could do with curtains.
