House rules
No smoking inside the unitNo walking around from 18:00 to 06:00
No loud music or noise is permitted, or fines will be given, and if the security company is
requested to go out to premises immediate eviction with no refund will occur.
No littering
There is a speed limit of 50km/h in the park.
No moving of furniture
No unregistered visitors are permitted to sleep over. Any additional people found on
the property will require you to pay an additional fee of R500 per person. It may also
be that you are asked to leave the property with no refund.
Please switch off all air-conditioning and lights and lock all windows and doors if you are not on the property, as we do have baboons and monkeys (if monkeys or baboons come into the property you will pay a fine of R500 plus all the cleaners costs).
Please switch off unused electrical appliances.
Please clean your dishes before you leave the property.
Please leave the home as you found it.
Please take away all trash to the dumping site to prevent unwanted guests at the
house.
Failure to comply with the above rules will lead to you being asked to leave
immediately without a refund for your stay.
