The unit was clean and comfortable. Some items didn't work, like the plugs, and the light in the bathroom wasn't working. The fan and light in the lounge also switch on randomly throughout the night, but we were assisted quite quickly. Definitely needs some updating.

The stay at Perna Perna was exceptional. The unit is beautiful and clean, ladies came to clean the house every day when we were at the beach. The ladies at the reception were very helpful in booking activities for us and making suggestions about where else we could go. Can't wait to stay there again.
We booked a quick break away with Perna Perna, their service was very good, we had a broken boiler in our unit which they sorted out for us very quickly with no hassle. The unit is very well furnished with all the accessories one could need for a weekend away. Including towels and blankets. The team at Perna Perna are well informed and helped us very quickly with any questions. We will definitely visit Perna Perna again on a weekend.
Ideal location, on the main street, but just next to the last shops, so there is no noise. St Lucia offers everything you could ask for from a holiday, sea, forest and wildlife. Perna Perna is fully equipped, the reception is warm and the swimming pool a wonderful escape from the heat. The unit is hot, so definitely pay the extra for the air conditioning.
We were allocated unit 8 at Perna Perna on Easter Weekend 2022. On arrival our garage/ parking was right in front of the office and driving a 4x4 we were unable to park inside the garage as there was no way to swing in and all the garages are definitely only made for small cars. However Debbie did provide us alternative carport parking with our own remote. The actual unit was clean, however seemed to be tired and in desperate need of some maintenance and upgrades. Kitchen utensils were old and incomplete / glass cutting board from the ark. Lounge suite in need of new springs. Spare room, unable to keep windows open and no aircon, only a fan in the room. Al bedding (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases, all towels and bath mats are very old and thin + holes - needs to be replaced with new ones ASAP). Paying top rates for the unit but pre-paid on the aircon for the main bedroom - R50 voucher does not even last the night to run the aircon.
Expensive for one person.
Neat, clean apartment, only the kitchen and the living room sofas (they had their days) need attention. And when there is loadshedding, there is no water available. I think something can be done to improve guests' stay, since you can have loadshedding up to two or three times a day.
The three-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All we missed was a patio/stoep by the braai.
We had the perfect stay. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the facilities were perfect.

Accommodation is situated on the main road, so access to restaurants and shops is within walking distances.
These units are clean. The play area for the children is practical and safe. Perna Perna is very well located in St. Lucia.
Both Angela and Geraldine were very pleasant to deal with. Angela assisted us with planning our day and even made a booking for us to go on a sunset cruise. The accommodation is lovely and has everything one requires for a pleasant stay. Perna Perna is also well situated with an easy walk to the restaurants, jetty and other amenities.

Maybe put up canopies at the braai area so you can hang out outside even if it's raining. Rack set up outside by shower to put dry clothes on. Clearly advertise that air conditioning use is extra cost. Otherwise an excellent refreshing accommodation.

It was a quick overnight. Their check out time is just very early.
A spacious and well equipped unit. All the staff were friendly and considerate. The pool was a winner. Walking distance from shops, but not between shops. Each unit has a lock-up garage, but it was easier for us to park next to the garage. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom, and fans in the other bedroom and living area.
The unit is very conveniently located. It is well appointed with everything needed. Attention can be paid to the general cleanliness and maintenance. The roof fans are very dusty and the oven had not been cleaned for a very long time and there were forgotten leftovers in it. It did get cleared, 2 days after it was reported. The room freshener has an unpleasant smell.
The air conditioning and one room's roof fan wouldn't work, but other than that, no other complaints.
Our booking request was for four bed chalet, according to the website the four bed chalets are ground units and as we have a 2 year old boy (mentioned with the request for availability because ages of children are asked) this was the ideal set up - no stairs where he could get hurt and also a braai with the necessary table and chairs where we could hang out as a family. When we arrived on the Saturday at 14:30 there was no one in reception and we were marked on the door as late arrivals (although the email says you can arrive from 14:00 to 19:00?). We saw we were in unit 15 and were extremely disappointed to see it was the large unit on the first floor with 2 sets of stairs and no area to sit outside by the BBQ. This is not what we booked and the extra beds make no difference as we were only 4 persons. It may sound like a vanity to others, but that's not what I paid for. On enquiry, the caretaker explained to my husband that all her four-bed units were fully booked. If I had known this I would not have accepted this booking as there was a reason for my specific booking. Both my children fell down the stairs - the light on the side of the wall that should illuminate the stairs was out of order and there is no light on the stairs at night. Do I regret booking there? Definitely. May I suggest that the webtsuite get in touch with the caretaker to discuss these matters - especially in terms of the check-in times where no distinction is indicated between weekdays and weekends.

What an amazing place! Fantastic staff - from reception to the cleaners. Had fun with 4 monkeys that came in and our children were little aware of what was going on behind their heads.
The chalets were very clean and had everything you could need. Perna Perna is literally walking distance from the town. Swimming pool was very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Can recommend Perna Perna to anyone. It has an outdoor braai and each chalet has privacy.

It really is value for money. It's spacious, comfortable and has all one's "creature comforts". The salt water pool is also very nice. A few small things wrong with the place but nothing that would stop us from going back.

The unit has good facilities with all accessories that anyone could need. I was very skeptical because the reviews of previous years, but was very pleasantly and positively surprised! What a wonderful discovery on our first visit to this beautiful village. The super clean units are very well designed for nice privacy and everything in the cupboards that you might need under the sun. Service staff are friendly and very helpful, also with recommendations (and directions) for attractions in the area. We will definitely come again!

The place has a practical layout in a duplex apartment setup. Very neat, modern, double bath facilities, two rooms, DStv, two TVs, lock up garage, beautiful private pool, nice garden layout, although on the main street, it is a quieter area than a little further down. Daily cleaners, emptying trash, washing floors, washing dishes, etc. Lovely place in nice surroundings, centrally located. Really recommendable, good asset for every tenant for a day or ten.

Accommodation was excellent. Sorry that WiFi connection seems to be available, but information was missing. Back side, only the push-open gate, of premises is not secured like front, access with electronic control, which possibly creates a false sense of security.
