3 guests' feedbackExcellent location, close to restaurants and main roads. Easy to move in and out of the city. Unit very well equipped - nothing lacking. Very neat and good beds, towels and furniture. Unit was in very neat condition - well maintained - everything was in working order. Parking was a big plus - covered, no worries.
We had a pleasant stay. The problem was having only one key for 4 people to access the building and when going out. Three people had to sign in and out every time we went out.
Cleanliness was not great, dirty plate in the cupboard and floors not very clean. Plants very dry, i watered them. Duvets very thin and not luxurios for the amount of money i paid. Need a hairdryer in one of the rooms, people dont travel with items like this.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the booking provider.
Parking bay B17 is the only one allowed to be used.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or complex.
No noise or loud music is allowed after 22:00.
Check-out is at 10:00 unless arranged otherwise with the hosts. Please note that this needs to be arranged 1 working day before check-out.
If the keys or remote are lost, a fine will be issued.
Guests are required to wash any dishes prior to departure.
All used towels need to be left in a pile on the bathroom floor.
The geyser needs to be switched off on departure.
Please ensure that you clean the rooftop braai once you are done using it.
Please use electricity sparingly and do not leave any unnecessary lights on.
Trash bags can be emptied during your stay at the bins placed in the fire escape at the end of the passage on your floor.
On departure, please drop the keys in the 1003 postbox.
