The room has been really well designed and decorated. The whole property really does feel like you are in France. The garden is smaller than it appears in the photos but is really pretty and peaceful. They had a fantastic spread available for breakfast. The only small negative is that the Honeymoon Suite room is set apart from the main building and doesn't look out over the garden like the other rooms do - instead the view is of the roof, parking, and laundry courtyard.
We were a wedding party of 12 people. They were very accommodating when the photographer arrived for the groomsmen's photo session and we had a fabulous stay. The only slightly frustrating aspect of our stay was the parking (which is beyond their control) which is a bit of a shambles.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very generous. We brought our dog with us and he was also welcome and we had easy access to the garden. Also helpful was a microwave to heat up any meals we brought back to the room. There is a table and chairs to sit outside your room. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a French Chateau. The room we were in had so much character and the garden is so neat. The area is quiet and we felt very safe. The people are very friendly and we truly had a wonderful experience. Petite Provence we will see again for sure.
Lovely stay, friendly and accommodating staff. The place itself is beautiful, we had Room 10 and the view from the room was gorgeous. I would suggest you rent a car as Ubers are hard to come by in the area.
The rooms are not exactly the same and so it makes a big difference which room you get. It would save one the counting disappointment if each room were listed separately with photos to be able to see exactly what is available and what you get before you book. However, the management was very helpful with the solution.
Manager was fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. So too were the rest of the staff. Love to go back. Highly recommended.
We had a great time. Reception and staff were very friendly. Compared to other B&Bs and price range, we expected a bit more from the breakfast and coffee/tea facilities in the room. Grateful that we could take our dog with us. There were many workers on site without identification or the B&B's dress code and I was a bit worried about my daughter's safety who was alone in her room.
The service was excellent and so was the breakfast. The people who work there are professional and friendly. Our room was spacious and we loved their furniture. We would definitely recommend the place for accommodation in Saltrock and Ballito.
It is beautifully decorated. It is close to the beach. The room had a beautiful view of the pool area and garden. Great hosts and a yummy breakfast.
Petite Provence B&B's service was good and the location excellent. The decor is beautiful and I will definitely stay there again. Unfortunately the TV wouldn't work and I didn't want to bother anyone unnecessarily. Because I was traveling alone, I was bored without the TV.

We really enjoyed it. From check-in time to check-out time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing was the mosquitoes. We came back full of mosquito bites.
The mattress in our room was hollowed out and the noise from the room above was unbearable. We asked to be moved and received a downgraded room as an alternative, but anything was better than the noise.
Parking is a major issue and the pillows were desperate and should have been thrown out, yellow with sweat stains.
We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and very well stocked on all the essentials, and the breakfast was very nicely prepared. Hope to see you again one day.

Neat garden, swimming pool and good breakfast. Parking tight for all the vehicles that had to park, with little space for trailers. That was the only problem. Would definitely recommend Petite Provence and we would stay there again.
We had a lovely stay in the Garden Cottage at the guest house. Fully equipped and private, very nicely decorated, clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Each person looks for something different in a guest house. I experienced it very positively. The staff were professional, the rooms/dining area tidy, the breakfast excellent and the atmosphere blissful.
From the bedroom window you get a lovely ocean view. Garden well trimmed and yard clean.
