There is an extra unit 100 m from the main unit which sleeps 3 guests. It has a fridge, fan, kettle, microwave and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, as well as an indoor toilet.
The lodge also comprises a kitchen and a lounge area. There is a separate lap with a kitchen, pool table, dart board, piano, many board games, full DStv and extra view, braai facilities, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and gas stove. Phiva Game Lodge has solar power and does not experience load shedding. There are only fans in the rooms.
Game drives can be arranged on request. A variety of wildlife can be found on the farm like buffalo, sable antelope, nyala, giraffe, springbok, warthog, kudu, impala, zebra, waterbuck, blue wildebeest, as well as a variety of birds.
Guests can bring their fishing rods and fish in the Donkerpoort Dam. Pets are welcome on request.

Enough rooms for everyone, a lovely visiting area and a beautiful view, especially when the animals come to visit. Hostess Charmaine goes out of her way to ensure guests have everything they need.
Very cute place with plenty of sleeping space and lots of wildlife. Buffaloes come up to the camp in the evening. Very clean and tidy! Charmaine looks very nice! Def value for money!
The buffalo greeted us with the kick-in! What a feast! We really enjoyed it, especially the teenage group and the jacuzzi with many other activities. Charmaine is a responsive hostess who can quickly sort things out and we can definitely recommend this place to stay. Thank you that the dogs could also experience your piece of heaven! Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend away. We had a lovely time on the stoep with a beautiful view of the woodland. The water hole was full of life with all the animals. The Wild Ride was everyone's favorite especially the friendly Sables. We see you again soon.

Hostess Charmaine went out of her way from day 1 to make it as comfortable as possible for us. Phiva met our group's needs 100% with extremely neat and clean accommodation and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The Bosveld view is excellent and the waterhole a real treat to be able to view animals from the pool a few meters away. Charmaine's kindness and keen eye for detail was much appreciated. No effort was spared. A wonderful experience that is gladly recommended. Definitely worth it. Thank you Charmaine.

Ideal for a group, Phiva Game Lodge is close to Gauteng. The facilities are excellent with a great place to sleep. The swimming pool overlooking the mountains and valley is a highlight. Incredible service and value for money will definitely visit again.
A great setting, not too far from home. We were away over Father’s Day and to celebrate a 40th anniversary. The host kindly left chocolates for all the dads and for the couple. She also checked in to make sure we have everything we need. A great weekend away!

Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation. The road is currently very sandy, but any type of vehicle can access this road and a 4x4 vehicle is not needed.There is no kiosk on the premises, but Nylstroom is only 13 km away. The host can arrange for wood to be delivered at an extra fee before guests arrive. Cleaning services can also be arranged beforehand.
