We will visit there again for sure. Our visit was very pleasant.
Aircon did not work in the master bedroom. The garden is neglected.
Very nicely furnished, it just needs a very good cleaning. The kitchen doors and light switches were full of oil or food fingerprints. The bathroom roof and shower are moldy as there is no good draft. We really enjoyed the little balcony.
Sorry about the nasty graffiti on the one pillar at our parking lot. The pouf's one leg is also completely loose. Will definitely use Phoenix 1 again.
The unit is tidy inside and there is ample living space inside and outside, so it is definitely suitable for any season. The neighborhood is quiet. The upper veranda gives a lovely view of the waves between the first row of beach houses and is the best place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The only complaint is that the rear side gate (which separates 2 of the units) is completely down and lying flat when we get there; some of the other Phoenix visitors walked past our rooms and living area to the porch. After that, we had to put the gate up more than once for privacy and to make sure our dogs didn't accidentally walk in there.
Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Would definitely go back.
Paternoster Rentals is however pathetic in terms of service, no refuse was collected even after numerous phonecalls and a visit to the office. The linen would not have been changed if I had not had to complain on two occasions after the linen change was two days late.
Very neat and clean. Close to the beach and very quiet.

House rules
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.The balance of the booking is to be paid 3 days before arrival.
This unit may only accommodate the number of guests as specified on the booking invoice at any given time.
No loud music after 22:00.
No parties on the property, management reserves the right to evict tenants that do not adhere to this rule.
Kindly note that we do not have the authorization to do credit card payments on behalf of guests, we only accept EFT/Bank transfers.
A R 650.00 key- and breakage deposit is payable on arrival. It is refundable within 7-14 working days after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated at the cost of R 25.00 per day.
There is a pet fee of R250 for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs at a time.
