This double-storey townhouse has a private entrance and consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom, lounge and first bathroom are upstairs; the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and there is a single bed for a 5th person. Downstairs, the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the second bathroom has a hand-shower over the bath.

The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave oven, a countertop 2-plate stove, a coffee machine, a kettle, crockery and cutlery, and other basic appliances to use. The upstairs lounge leads out to a private balcony, where guests can often spot whales in the distant sea.
