We spent the night there before starting the Thonga Trail and again after completing the walk. Thank you for your hospitality, kindness and the unexpected favor. We had a nice stay.

The whole premises is very neatly maintained. The house was very spacious and has everything one needs. There is a generator that was switched on at times when there was load shedding. Would recommend Pumulani Lodge to anyone.

I was very impressed. Everything worked. There was enough of everything in the house. Security was top notch. The cleaner did her job well. The caretaker was very friendly and willing to help with anything. She also often came to check in to see if we were happy or if we needed anything. Very professional. Cottage was beautiful, decent shower head. We will be back for sure.

Large lawn for the children to play on with good security, the cooled rooms are great after a day in the hot sun. There is a swimming pool to wash off the sea and also a braai (by the pool and at each unit) for dinner. Erika's team is very helpful and friendly!
Chalet was perfect, like brand new with AC, double point plugs, towels etc. Mariette around the corner was friendly, and helpful, wouldn't sleep anywhere else in Sodwana, around the corner from main beach.

We had a pleasant stay. One of the aircons was not working properly but the owner said that they will make work of it. Overall we had a good stay. An aircon in the living room will be great in the future.
People were very friendly and helpful and loved the extra detail with extra table and fleeced blankets that you can use as well as bath towels in wooden houses.

Patricia, Mumsie en die res van die span is hulpvaardig, vriendelik en hard werkend. Die Lodge is baie netjies en sekuriteit baie goed. Swembad kan dalk bietjie aandag (kennis) geniet! Deel asb. ons goeie resensie met die staff, dis hulle wat ons so lekker laat tuis voel het! Ons sien julle definitief weer volgende jaar!
The chalet was sparkling clean and was cleaned every day. Chalet number 8 is among the trees and the bird sounds and squirrels in the trees were very special to us. The chalet is very spacious and well equipped with quality furniture and equipment. The pantry and fridge-freezer are also spacious. The air conditioning in the living area and both rooms was a great relief after a hot day at the beach. The security is also excellent. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Sodwana.

Very impressed with Phumulani. It was clean (cleaners clean daily), tidy, we felt very safe with the excellent security. The kitchen equipment is complete and even more than one needs. Not far from the beach at all. An absolute pleasure, we will definitely visit Phumulani again.

The service we received before and during our visit there was very good. The house was neat and well equipped with everything you needed. We really enjoyed staying there and will definitely go back again. It's nice and close to everything, cleaned daily and nice and cool with the air conditioning - perfect for the muggy weather.
The lodge itself is very pleasant, comfortable and tidy. The only downside is that it is located outside the former Park Board's area. One therefore has to pay a substantial entrance fee every time you want to visit the beach (about R165 for a car with two adults and one child).
